I loved the experience and the photographer was super nice! I loved the hair and the curls stayed in ( which is unusual)! The makeup was amazing but a little blush would have been good 👍. Thank you for the great experience and kindness!!😊

Scamming experience I had

I've had exactly same experience as everyone who is giving 1 star rating
I was called to make £50 initial deposit and refundable. Otherwise I can use my deposit to buy 1 photo and any additional photos with £50 each
Even if I bought 10 photos of my son it would have only costed £500 in total.

But the manager who was sitting in front of us have FORCED me and my husband to pay before we leave.

HE SOLD US A £3000 package for £1300 and made us sign for instalment payments.

I have seen my son pictures and they are not even worth the amount they were charging

I really felt i was trapped in there and highly disappointed thinking how did I sign in to make payments

We told him will go home and think and get back to them but he did not listen to us rather was not allowing to leave.
He told we have to make decision then and there or else we wont hold the pics. How can they not give us at least 24 hrs time to decide what we want to do when making such huge payments

Scam scam scam definitely!

Im sure there are other agencies who do much more less prices and also a professional shoots for less price.

At no point are clients ever forced into purchasing any package. All pricing, options, and terms are clearly explained during the experience, as well as outlined in our booking confirmations and written materials. Any purchase made is entirely optional and based on individual choice.

You mentioned being “forced” into a higher package—this is simply not the case. Clients receive exactly what they choose. We do not provide higher-tier products unless they are specifically selected and agreed to.

Our service is designed to help aspiring models get started, and packages are tailored to suit different needs and budgets. If you had decided not to proceed, that would have been absolutely fine—there is no obligation to purchase.

It’s also important to note that all products created are bespoke and personalised. As clearly stated at the time of booking and purchase, these items cannot be resold or reused, which is why refunds are not applicable once production has begun.

We always aim to provide a transparent and positive experience, and we take feedback seriously. However, we must ensure that any public claims accurately reflect how our service operates.
