ukmobilebooster.com is not right seller!
The seller send me completely diferent kit!
They made mistake sending half of the kit, promised to send the missing antennas, but never happened, comunication is very slow and useless.
The return option is unavailable unless ready to pay for return label to China, even this been their mistake.
The refund option trough PayPal did not work for me.
Just stay away from this seller!

I bought a mobile signal booster from Boost4U online which I thought was a UK company it worked fine to start with, but then 3 or 4 months later stopped working . contacted the company who had me send pictures of the installation and declared that was ok. Then had me trying various thing all to no avail. They then told me to send it back . That's when I realized it was a Chinese company. Anyway sent it back as per there instructions at my cost even though it was faulty and well with in the 12 months guarantee. Its now in Shenzhen waiting for the recipient to contact customs control , which they have said they have done . Now today they have emailed me saying its the Chinese new year and he'll be back in touch from 19th to 25th of February. Don't use this company with a barge poll if you have any sense . This booster cost £179.99 . I think I'm not going to see that again .

Just a quick update
Returned my mobile signal booster to china .Got to Shenzen customs postal service waiting for the recipient to contact customs which I passed onto to the recipient with the instructions and phone number, but they ignored me , so now 64 days and 50 or 60 emails its being return to me . What a con the Chinese are . They couldn't care less. Don't buy or use this company. If I could leave no stars that's what I'd do .

SCAMMERS, they purposely sent my item to a different address

I was under the misapprehension that this is a U.K based company, it is NOT !
This company is Chinese and to return the mobile booster (that didn’t boost my signal) I was obliged to send it back to China via the post office for a cost of £23.59 to get a refund, after the restocking fee applied and postage for them they refunded me £76
Item mobile booster cost £109
These boosters are generic cheaply made as I found they’re on eBay for a lot less money.

From now on I make sure a company listed as British is British
Lesson learned…….

The device won't boost the weak signal with the receiving antenna pointing in the direction of the broadcasting antenna. Heaps of distance and walls/floors between the receiving antenna and the controller unit.
On top of this FedEx are collecting Tax/Duty on top of the purchase price.
I should have kept the phone upstairs and my €200 in my pocket.

I echo what everybody else says, I bought a signal booster for my van which didn't work at all when I contacted the company I got mainly sarcasm then demands to try in different areas, take photos then forward them to China! The booster supplied was not the one that they pictured it was cheap rubbish that didn't work. It took about eight weeks to get a refund via Paypal after spending £21.20 on postage because they would not send a returns label. Rude, sarcastic con artists is being too kind to them.

Spent £125 with this company, supposed to be UK signal booster, no in UK, Hong Kong or near to.
They sent a cheap inferior product and said I had to pay for return. Contacted PayPal and they said I had to return which would cost £25, so that’s £150 outlay and no guarantee of getting anything back.
Plan of action - I refuse to return at my cost so I will leave as many bad reviews as is possible and close my PayPal account as they are useless. Next to no support for the paying customer…….

Crooks. Purport to be in U.K but address does not exist. Item rubbish and does not work. Once you pay the PayPal account is in China. Do not waste your money on these people.

I spent £75 and the product did not work. When I returned the item to China as agreed, the vendor would not send the funds. I have started a claim through Paypal and Amex. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
