Not the best experience, but eventually sorted
Ordered a printer that stated in stock... Waited... It wasn't in stock. I had to email to find this out.
Asked for a refund.... Asked again.... Rang up, to be put on hold... And then rang whilst on hold by the company who then left a voicemail... While I was still on hold... I was then hung up on... On hold...... Finally spoke to someone, who wanted all my card details to refund me.... On a secure website order?? Sorry, but no. Told they'd check about this.... Many times. No call back. No refund. No response
My payment was sent to me via bacs in the end.

Excellent service & products
We have been using UKLS for a few years now and consider the account to be of a reasonable size. Excellent customer service. Great communication they are always available by phone or email.
Nothing is to much trouble. UKLS have been very helpful during the COVID pandemic delivering equipment direct to our home workers to enable them to continue to work during these challenging times.
They have an excellent product range which is always being reviewed and revised.

After 16 years of working in the education sector it's great to have finally found an account manager that is always there and on the ball when you need them. UKLS always have the cheapest quote and recently won the tender for our managed print contract. Service is top notch. Why not give them a go? Ask for Laura Barker and you won't be disappointed.
