Awful customer service

Bought 3 tins of spray paint through Amazon. Products arrived and the colour was different, gloss not matt finish and two nozzles did not work. Complained and was told "i was confused" that it was the product I ordered and no refund as product opened. Under consumer rights act if product not as described full refund must be paid. Slow to refund despite sending items back and eventually claimed refund through Amazon A-Z guarantee.

Superb service

Great prices and a service to match. I even got a call to check if it was OK for it to be sent sooner than expected and arrive at the weekend. Excellent all round.

Excellent prices

Excellent prices, excellent service, nothing to fault. I like that instead of using plastic to pack the items in the box, they used the packaging boxes of the products they sell, I am all for saving the environment where we can. Definitely a business I will be using again soon. Top stuff uklovesdiy
