I have been contacted by you with regards to my previous correspondence saying I have won £2.56 on my free numbers I was very impressed with the way I was treated by you it was very good although it seems like a very small amount to many but any amount is fine for the first few lines as it was free thank you

This is a really poor site, response to queries regarding top up not reflecting is not happening. Stay away from this site at all costs
This site is not to be trusted. They are thieves. And stone deaf too. Most unresponsive. Do not care what you think of them and their services. I still have two winnings that has not been credited to me...if only to play out and zero the account. Zero Star, if I could.

I have written numerous emails regarding unpaid winnings, no replies, no acknowledgement, NOTHING!!!!!!

They obviously don't care about their customers as still no response to at least 20 e mails !!!!!!!
Once my credit runs out I will not be renewing.
My advice, stay away from this site.

They offer deposit bonuses but never add the bonus to an account. Payment by EFT was made to top up my account but no payment was reflected. Total lack of communication. various queries were submitted but no feedback was provided.
Above problems occur regularly and this site is not recommended unless you want to be frustrated.
A few years back the service was good but currently there is nothing.

I have been using them for many years, without issue, but since mid 2019 they don't award the marketed bonuses anymore. They do not respond to emails at all. If they won't pay out bonuses, I doubt they will pay out winnings.
I will no longer use them as I am deeply disappointed after years of being a happy customer.
I have playhugelottos on trial - so far so good.

I have been using them for years and they used to be good ( not they I have ever won enough to try withdrawing money).
Recently I made a direct deposit that included a bonus being added to my wallet. Well 5 days later, 6 emails and 3 online contacts, nothing has been credited to my account or any responses to my numerous attempts to get a response.
Considering there are no other ways to contact them, I am starting to question their credibility.

I've been using the site since 2009 and have deposited thousands without issue. For the first time on 27th of June 2019 I opted to withdraw £65. They emailed me the withdrawal form 4 days later which completed and sent back with along with copies of credit card and ID but I never heard back from them. I've sent over 6 emails and logged more complaints on the site over the last 3 months and they've all been ignored. THESE GUYS DONT PAY OUT BUT THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY IN A HEARTBEAT
On 2 September 2019 I received an e-mail from uklotterylive iffering a 50 percent bonus on deposits made between 2 September and 5 September 2019.
I paid 20 pounds into my account via eft but up to today, 11 September 2019 the offered bonus was not added to my account.
I have sent three communications via the website which was ignored despite the fact that assurance is given that a reply will follow within 2 working days.
Can one trust this site should you want any winnings paid out to you or will communications just be ignored?

Dear Wynand, this is a valid complaint and looking at you account, you did not receive the 50% as advertised. The allocation of bonuses used to be a manual process, human driven and we did have deposits that fell through the cracks. We subsequently built a software solution around promotional allocation, which runs multiple times a day "finding" and allocating bonuses to client accounts ensuring we do not miss any bonus allocations anymore. To make good and as a token of our apology we have doubled your deposit by crediting your client account with £20 and we apologise for your bonus slipping between the cracks. Regards Dave

I've been using this company since 2006 and always had great and punctual service. Ive always googled them to find complaints and found nothing so I will continue to use them. I can certainly recommend UK Lottery Live
