Terrible , they sent across a design which they claimed was a master piece???
Did not answer my emails , and im still waiting for them to issue you me with a refund .
I would avoid if you want a quick professional service ?

UK Logo Design exceeded my expectations with their creative approach to my logo. They delivered a design that not only looks amazing but also aligns perfectly with my long-term branding goals. Fantastic experience!

If you have any respect for yourself or your company avoid UK Logo Designs at all costs. I started working with them in July 2021, paid everything upfront (£350) to only be disappointed with the results. Everything that was promised was obviously not delivered and the website looked like it was by a blind imbecile. I apologise for using that term but there is no other way to put it. Jake and his team waste your time and make you pay for a bunch of useless add ons that you really don't need. The customer care is an absolute joke, they respond to you in 2 working weeks for a query as basic as 'why is my website down again?'. Believe me, you will be very impressed with how often they can make your website crash. I have been waiting for a week now for them to resolve why my website is down for the 5th time now. Wishing you all the best and to those of you reading the reviews before working with them, you have been warned.

Asked for a logo late 2019/early 2020. Chatting with a member of staff online with my requirements, a link was sent to a payment page. No terms and conditions were offered at this point, but I paid £15 and carried on. The actual process of getting the logo done was painless and the designer was fast and efficient. However, that's where the one positive ends. A month later I received an email from their "Legal Department" saying: "We are writing you this email in regards to the Copyrights from General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) & Global Copyrights Bureau (GCP) to get your logo copyrighted as we already forwarded your logo for electronic registration which has been done, as this is the legal process which we have to follow for your and our security.". This was followed by some demands for around £200-£300. After a little digging I emailed back pulling apart everything that was in that email (GDPR nothing to do with copyright, using a US copyright service instead of UK one, their website claims clients automatically get ownership anyway etc). Clearly a foreign operation masquerading as London-based (prior communications always arrived at night, "legal" email written in American English). Found terms and conditions on their website, it only referred to wanting a refund, nothing else (seems this has since been removed entirely from their site). I have all of the screenshots of the website and all emails as proof. Complained to Citizens Advice who were not happy and forwarded my case to Trading Standards.

After that I transferred money to their PayPal account. After 3 days , they contacted me they gave me wrong PayPal account.
Here their message/

Kindly make the $42 payment again on the following PayPal address.

This was a painful experience, they started off well had a few logo emailed to me tried to get then to just refine my original logo. it was a disaster, i just couldn't get any communication.
finally someone in the company helped me, i just picked one logo from my limited choice and waited 3 weeks to have the final files. i could have just used a logo generator and got better results.
complete waste money with no useful outcome. and they are not based in uk, a designer phoned me twice at 1130 pm for further info.

One of the designs we got, was a cheeky copy of the other business logo (company listed on NY stock exchange) + some minor tweaks.

Wow THEY CREATED A FAKE ACCOUNT AS ME AND WROTE POSITIVE REVIEW USING MY NAME!!!!!!! And I’m not even from US. I just found this out now as wanted to share my disaster experience with this company.
I started to work with them from March 2020 to do my website. Till present day the website despite live from November 2020 (at last) is not consolidated because I cannot access it as admin. When I asked them for the back end access or CMS they tried to charge me twice for the CMS yet it was included in the price, and clearly shown on the invoice. When I showed the invoice they effectively agreed but didn’t even apologise, to pass over the credentials, but till present day I have not received it and they don’t respond to my messages. I also had to fight by opening a dispute through PayPal to get refund for services I paid for but they were never delivered. The company just recently published on their website the location which is San Francisco but when spoke once online with them they said they registered in London.
They also tried to upswell me products like HIPPA compliance saying I must purchase in order to treat patients yet HIPPA Compliance does not apply in UK.
Don’t waste your money with them and base on seeing my name used for review I wonder whether the “positive” reviews are real ?????

Be careful, they go missing. Right now I can not get in contact with them to finish my project. It seems they may have been receiving numerous negative feedback and maybe they are in the process of rebranding as they are hidden online.

They are very cheap but so is the quality of service.

I contacted them for a logo, design was back quickly I asked for a transparent version so I can use it , I have had no communication back.i have sent 2 emails and nothing.

Being a newbie to logo design and website help, I entrusted this company for help. Its been nearly 3 months of nothing short of a frustrating and shambolic experience. They were quick to take my money and promise so much with good early exchanges, but then extremely dreadful for follow up and assistance when required. It was a continual battle to speak to anyone, and also at a sensible time of the day. The logo x2 took over seven weeks to be sorted out. As a goodwill gesture they stated they would help me with a website for which we agreed upon and I paid a quarter of the cost, but now they have designed the front page and then demanded extra money to finalise it. WHAT A CON. I have been all this weekend trying to deal with the issue, but basically being called a liar was the last straw. I have dealt with four different individuals and all have been a complete let down. I've no chance of getting my money back, but a valuable experience to never use this terrible company again. If I could give no stars for this company and review, then I would. **Please don't waste your time and money on this lot**.

UK Logo Designs is a fantastic collaborator. Delivered high quality material and promptly. Communicates openly. Highly recommended!

We run a humanitarian charity group, we made payment and sent over a very detailed brief. They didn't follow the brief at all and when we asked for them to make the revised closer to the brief they disappeared with money and will not make any contact. Logo design is not a registered company in the UK as they dissolved in 2013, the team is based outside the uk with a shelf uk adress. And have now been reported local authority. Exercise caution!
