I usually give 5 stars as I order regularly from this business.
This time I was disappointed with my order- the product was not up to it's usual standard. Also the points accumulated from each order only last for a certain amount of time and then they are lost. Sometimes I am not ready to place an order and I don't get the discount from my points. I probably will this time as I have had to put in another order due to the lack of quality of the recent product. Sorry to leave such a negative review as I like the choices available and the customer service is great at keeping me up to date with my order but this time, I wasn't impressed and I also think that even though there's different options for payment, charging fees to use my card is a bit much as is the delivery charge too. Will try to get back into sync with my new order, so I can redeem my points but if the new order is like the last, I will look at the reviews for other sites offering the same product.

This morning I have requested this company to stop sending myself emails and unsubscribed - Having received constant emails offering discounts and so forth never once have I been able to use the code at checkout, I used this company regularly at one stage never really had an issue with the product, but their prices are far to high and on top they have the audacity to charge you for payment and tobe honest their customer service stinks.

There are loads of BS Scam Sites online claiming to provide what this site a tually does. Service is stream lined and reliable and easy to use. I rate them 5 star with good reason. Product, Service, Delivery and Communication are spot on. I work online and I never rate things lightly. Top Tier Service.

Genuine products (and good quality at that), and a really efficient and reliable service - very rarely would you not receive your order the next day (If bought before 12.30pm), and even on the rare occasions when you purchase(s) don't arrive the next day it's an issue with Royal Mail not insomnia tabs.
