They have been absolutely amazing especially Steve he was true to his word and stuck to the price he offered me on his first visit. He was also there to support me with any questions any time of the day it never seemed to be a problem. He turned it round so quick that i was moved within 4 weeks and i really appreciate all the time and effort that was made to make it so successfull . I was a tenant in situ when UK Homebuyers bought the home we are living in. I am a single mum and I was extremely nervous as to how this would affect my family, but Jon and the team couldn’t have been more caring and understanding. Jon even visited us, reviewed any jobs that were outstanding and made sure everything was fixed and taken care of within a couple of weeks of them taking over. I can't recommend UKhomebuyers Ltd enough. I was put in touch with them by friends who had been unlucky enough to have been in a similar situation to me and had used them recently. My chain had broken near to exchange and I was about to lose my onward purchase. Jon picked up the phone immediately, gave me a price, explained the rationale and got straight onto it. He was calm, reassuring, and honest. As were Lauren and Steve. The whole process was quick and relatively stress free- considering the circumstances. They held their offer throughout. I had heard horror stories about how other companies can keep knocking you down , right up to exchange. They were really helpful, polite and extremely quick to respond. Lauren was an invaluable support in the 24 hours before exchange. Thank you all - most sincerely indeed!

Although I hadn't wanted to sell my property through this route, the circumstances I found myself in meant that this really was the only option to secure onward purchase after a buyer had pulled out.

Having said that, I found the professionalism of both Jon and Marcus made what had become a very stressful and upsetting situation for me an easier one than I expected.
