I was promised that it would be up almost instantly, and yet I dont see that happening, I started a ticket about 38 hours ago with high prioity and they still havent answered it.
I advice you not to use their service as they take your money before the server is up, quite a scam if you ask me.
This company are dire in the extreme. I open a so called support ticket because my server was down all day and dont get an answer for 32 hours. On e i do get a reply its asking me my username which surely they should alreay know! Absolutely useless.

Service through support is garbage. Our minecraft server during the year of hostin has experience atleast 5 times where it has been down for just under one month. Now our webserver and minecraft has been down for 2-3 weeks and we are unable to do anything.
We have to hound them to get an answer and when that happens they only answer about the minecraft server and not the webserver

I have not had a full day's use out of either. The control panel won't work properly, and the servers get stuck in restarting.
The support is basically one bloke who doesn't even check that he has fixed anything. Just tells you it's wokring and then you discover it's totally not.
