I bought and paid for a Samsung TV Wall Bracket and received a text that the order has been received and being processed. No emails and nothing heard for 5 days, so I rang this company several times but got no answer. I then sent them an email via Amazon Pay asking for tracking number if item has been despatched. I have now received another text cancelling the order because of order issues without being specific and refund has been issued. No such refund received and company not answering calls or emails.
This is a SCAM/FRAUD!!!!!!. BE WARNED AND AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE!!!!!!!

I made a purchase on the 7th December.

The original email and sms stated the product would be delivered within 7 days.
It wasnt delivered and I received no update until the 19th December where I was informed that a refund would be forth coming within 14 days.
I emailed the company on the 1st, 2nd and 4th of January and I havent received a response.
Im not sure how to describe this. Theft? Scam? Stealing?

I ordered a Samsung Tablet and on the day of delivery I was emailed stating they were unable to get the stock and they have sent me a refund. 5 working days later I have still not received the refund and they are not returning my emails

I'm 100% certain that this company runs tekshopz.Co.Uk.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY OR THE WEBSITE ABOVE.
I've ordered a Samsung watch for my fiancée. Couple of days later saying that there is no stock available.so I've ask for a refund and I'm still waiting for that 15 days and counting!
