Paid in full, Incorrect calculations, mixed terms, and unfair charges
My experience with Best Tutors has been extremely disappointing and stressful.
They repeatedly failed to calculate my payments correctly. They mixed the summer term with the normal academic year term, which created confusion and an artificial “outstanding balance.” I paid for the lessons within the same week they were delivered, yet they allocated my payments to older dates instead of the correct week. This made it appear as if payments were late when they were not.
Because of this internal misallocation, they then claimed that discounts were void due to “late payment.” In reality, the delays were caused entirely by how they chose to settle the payments in their system.
In addition, not all lessons were properly reflected, which further distorted the balance.
Rather than resolving the accounting errors transparently, the matter was escalated in an unnecessarily aggressive manner. The issue here is not tuition quality, but serious administrative and billing incompetence.
Parents should keep extremely detailed records of every lesson and payment if dealing with this organisation.
