Fake product sold to me

Fake product sold to me. I bought the It Cosmetics CC cream (matte - shade light) and the packaging and ingredients were completely different.
I put it in my skin and the shade was different to the one I get direct from It Cosmetics. And it pilled (clumped into little bits) when I rubbed it on my face. The authentic product doesn’t do this.
It’s worrying as I don’t know what this product is and it certainly isn’t what I thought I was buying. They refunded me immediately after I brought this to their attention.
