Product great - service not so
The product itself is great and exactly what I was looking for.
I am however disappointed with the delivery service - no one informed me that the item was out of stock and would take such a long time to arrive. I would have looked for a different supplier had I know earlier.

Highly recommend
Used this company a few times over the process of renovating my bathroom. They were absolutely brilliant, so helpful and super quick response times. I contacted them looking for a specific type and size of bath that was not on their website, they immediately found me the perfect bath from one of their suppliers.

Great price and ease of order
Great price and ease of order. The big let down was having no control over order, no notification and option to change delivery day. A case of its coming and make sure you are in. Felt that once order placed Bathroom store was not that interested in delivery, no longer their problem. As I say great price and easy to place order.

I am sorry to hear that the delivery service was as expected. We do send items with couriers that ring and book specific delivery dates and times and then send texts and e-mails etc to keep you informed. It appears in this instance that this was not the case and I can only apologise as to why that was.
I will be looking into this further to find out why this process did not occur on this order.
Orders with goods of this size need to be arranged for a signature.

The seat is solid
The seat is solid, substantial and comfortable. The attachments are similar and easy to apply. The fittings are the same and it is easy to adjust with a range of movement for the seat, so it can be a bit forward or back, and the seat and cover will be upright.

Arrived swiftly, really easy to fit. Downside was that when I bought it I was looking for solid wood seat and, on arrival, it turned out that it is laminated which was not evident on the website.
