Mower cuts okay but issues
Plastic pip that sets the cut height snapped off, so only cuts at 20mn.
Collection bag ideally needs to be bigger, but even at 1/2 full the carry handle comes away as handle fixing is useless

The zipper broke on our leaf vacuum, we bought through an outlet and was told by the outlet to send it back for a full refund.
As we were happy with the item and it was still under manufacture guarantee I contacted Yardforce directly, I was abit worried if they would say I need to go back through the outlet.
They were amazing, I provided all the information they wanted and they had no problem sending a new bag out.
This saved me all the hassle of returning the item as we were happy with it.
The customer service team were really quick and the bag was sent out the next day.
Excellent customer service!

I had my Yardforce lawnmower for 9 years before it suddenly stopped working. I contacted Yardforce by email who could not have been more helpful. Lawnmower collected for repair, I had constant updates and quick replies to my (many emails and questions). Lawnmower not repairable but a replacement (at a good rate) offered with delivery.
Customer service was absolutely outstanding thank you.

I bought a mower a couple of years ago. The mower itself is fine, and cuts well. But battery life is appalling. Battery charge fades very quickly, and after a year gets to the point it only lasts 10 minutes. I'm now having to order my 3rd battery, and at £74 each, not a cheap mower to operate.
Update - As requested I emailed customer services (twice), but have had no response, not even an acknowledgement. So I will now be looking to replace the mower with another brand, as the battery life is so poor.

I bought a Yardforce mower after reading good reviews from Gardeners World. I was happy with the ease of use of the mower and the grass cutting but the battery life was very very poor. I went through around 5 replacement batteries in under two seasons. Each battery was replaced without question but during that time the mower was unusable, the height of the growing season. In the end I gave up after two seasons and replaced it with another make of battery operated mower which to date is excellent. The Yardforce went to the tip.

Complete Waste of Money. I purchased a cordless lawn mower and strimmer in the summer of 2023. I have used them every 2-3 weeks except in winter. So I have calculated approximately 40 uses of each. The lawn mower only gives about 5 mins of usage before battery is dead and needs 1/2 an hour to charge. Front and back lawn takes 2 hours now instead of 30 mins. Strimmer battery with only 10 recharges no longer charges at all. To add insult to injury they are just out of warranty and therefore I am kicked off the call to the help line once I declare this.
My old lawnmower and strimmer were 15 years old and still working when I gave them away.
I would advise not to waste your money.

I bought a 14" cordless chainsaw, it's had issues but has done the job, I needed to buy a replacement chain but wasn't sure how to go about it so I tried to contact Yard Force. I spent two hours banging my head against an automated brick wall, the phone numbers all have options which tell you to go to the web site, the only contact on the website is a form which asks for information that is unavailable. There is no way to contact them as far as I can see, my advice is don’t buy their products, even if they are quite good, their customer service and spare parts are none existent. I will buy another chain saw from another manufacturer and avoid their products in future. Shame, this could have been a good company if they only gave a flying fork about the customer after the initial purchase.

I bought a Yardforce LMG37A (40v 37cm) cordless mower with 2 batteries in May 2022 warranty until 26/5 /25. Within the first few months one of the batteries packed in (would not run for more than about 3 minutes), I contacted Yardforce who, give them credit sent me a new battery under warranty. However this summer the batteries have really brassed me off as they keep on stalling then stop. When you press charge button 2 of the 4 LED's light up and the battery will not turn the mower on. If you want to buy a new battery a lovely price of about £95 each. My own fault I should have got back to them while still in warranty. Don't suffer like I have with batteries constantly cutting out. Get another make. I will have to get a petrol one instead now as Mr. Angry has just smashed a battery by throwing it on the patio in frustration. Mr. Angry from Stafford

I had an issue with the bolt securing the blade on my mower, which is just over two years old—so, unfortunately, just outside the guarantee period. After quite a bit of back-and-forth via email with Yardforce, they arranged for the mower to be collected free of charge (they sent a box and organised the courier), and eventually sent me a replacement.
I did have to chase them up a fair bit during the process, but to be fair, I’ve nothing but praise for their service in the end.
No problems at all with the batteries—I bought two when I first purchased the mower and have rotated them regularly.
Fingers crossed the new mower performs just as well and lasts as long as the original. I’ve checked the blade assembly this time, and it looks solid!

I had originally purchased another brand extendable pole hedge trimmer but returned it after one cut as it wasn’t very durable in terms of power to cut the smallest of growth on my shrubs.
I did some research on Amazon that led me to a Yard Force extendable pole hedge trimmer which had 4 star+ reviews with the added bonus that it was available at my local DIY Store.
I’ve had the trimmer about 3 months now, and whilst I only have a relatively small garden I have found the hedge trimmer to be excellent.
Item easy to assemble; full battery has a good run time enabling me to do all what I want and the general build is pretty solid. Most importantly the power deals easily with what I need – compared to the other brand I had previously purchased.
So in terms of my own experience thus far I would have no hesitation in recommending it. Yes you can spend more on one – but with the usage that mine will have and with the extended warranty I’m quite content with my Yard Force product

Good little lawnmower purchased from Aldi. Easy to set up following instructions. Best to bury cable for garden boundary. Cut by mistake but easily repaired. In a small garden found cable can be 6" nearer than boundary than recommended. Avoids uncut area around age of garden. Cuttings on lawn can be irritating as they get walked into house. Adjusting height of blades may help. Ipad app is a bit clunky but mostly works. Good value gor money & so far reliable 2 months from installation.

Purchased a MB400 Robot Mower. You need to do some research regarding the installation and read the manual before you start.
Overall the mower is excellent for my smallish lawn. Very happy with the assistance from Customer Service to install CloudHawk

Had the lawnmower 3 years. Got through two batteries and it’s only cutting half a lawn. Not acceptable for £200+ bit of kit. Don’t waste your money.

Had the Yard Force 40V 37cm Cordless Lawnmower for 2 years. After 12 months, the battery started to lose charge, lasting around 15 mins before stopping. Now its lasting 2 minutes before dieing. Replacement battery is £80 and the lawnmower is £141....ridiculous, and will now have to replace the lawnmower after 2 years just because the batteries are defective!!!!
