If you thinking of buying this do not hesitate, it is an absolute game changer. We have Cushionfloor in a number of rooms and this wet/dry vacuum has made cleaning it a simple, and indeed enjoyable, task. It barely uses any water and therefore the floor is dry within minutes. On completion however the dirty water tank is always full of black water.

Bought a Tineco floor one S5 in 2022. Worked well until a month ago when it stopped working. Phoned the support team who told me it was not repairable however they had special offers on new models. So I googled problems and saw that the rechargeable batteries are a problem. Replaced them and now the cleaner works as before. Shame on the Tineco support team! I will never buy another product from them

Will never again buy a Tineco product again. After three months, my Floor One S5 Extreme started to experience random issues, including it constantly indicating that the dirty water tank was full and would shut off.

After about six months, you had to start the product without the water tank fitted to get any use out of it at all.

Coming up to the year my wife was getting really fed up, so I contacted Tineco support. First of all, they were helpful and engaging, offering to send out a replacement water tank. I was then told it would be 5 weeks, as it needed to come from China.

Of course, I was not impressed with that response, and their return email told me I had to arrange for the product to be sent back, and then they would refund my postage up to $30, as well as 52.41% of my purchase price, allowing me to go elsewhere.

When you spend over $300 on a mop, you expect better service than this.

Would never use them again.

I’m only giving a 2 because it’s an amazing machine , customer service is useless.
They sell the vacuum but they’ve not had any parts in stock for the last 6 months !
I need the floor solution they’re out of stock always , but the machine tells you to only use their solution also rollers and filters can’t get them either . So I’ve 2 machines at over £1200 that I can’t use .
Thanks for that! They never reply to my issue so you’re just left with no machine .
Even the free gift I got I couldn’t claim because it wasn’t in stock .

I received my Tineco iFloor 5 Breeze cordless wet dry vacuum cleaner on the 5th June, so haven’t had it that long. However, I’m absolutely blown over & so are my ladies who help me clean my 2 holiday cottages.
We’re all in our 60’s & wish we’d had this years ago. It has made the cleaning of our floors so much easier & we get that part done in half the time & the floor dries so much quicker than my previous mop.
The dirty water is quite remarkable, particularly on the wooden floors where the dirt is engrained in!!
The one thing I’d always advise is to wash the brush out as soon as possible & dry it outside. I left mine too long once & it smelt even when it was dry. I washed it again with a bit of the Tineco detergent & it was fine.

My tineco needed a battery replacement. The customer service was excellent, providing clear information and instructions on how the situation would be rectified. Repair was less than a week which included interstate postage. Very happy with the after sales service.

Even though initially my product was not sent until I have reached out to the customer service, it was promptly replied and resolved. The product is absolutely great.

We use our vacuum daily and had to replace the roller wheels on the vacuum head. It only took a couple of emails, and the new rollers arrived quickly.

Great product, delivered swiftly and good customer services

Tineco is a great hard floor cleaner. I have 4 cats and 3 dogs that come and go from the garden using a dog flap so my floor is constantly dirty. This saves so much time as it picks all the grit and dirt up as well as wash the floor. My husband did a paper towel test to see how much dirt was left and it was so juch cleaner than using a traditional mop and bucket. So quick and easy to use. Cleaning the floor is now a pleasure not a chore!

They are very helpful and kind . They understood my problem very quickly and were able to find a solution really easily.

I ordered the S3 by website on 9 Jun 2025 but no response until 15 Jun 2025, the team sent me a email and told me that out of stock of S3. They asked me if I can change the order to S5 or cancel the order. They offered me the price in £249.99 and I told them that I enrolled as member and asked them if I buy it in member price in £239.99. Also, I used extra discount when I bought S3, I asked them if I could use the extra discount as well. All questions were raised in the same day but they replied 1 question each day (3 questions for 3 days). I kept saying that I was happy to change my order from S3 to S5 and kept asking them what can I do. They said they can offer me the member price on 16 Jun 2025. I told them that I was happy to have it and keep asking them what should I do. They did not reply about this issue and just kept asking me if I cancelled the order of S3. Until yesterday (18 Jun 2025), they told me that they were no longer to give me the membership offer and kept asking me if I could cancel the order of S3. The wordings was really bad and impolite. The guy (previously the male staff to follow up my case but they changed the female staff to keep going) told me to buy it from website for original price. So that I may use my extra discount code. As of today (19 Jun 2025), they asked me to cancel the previous the order and they said THEY WILL TRY TO ASK FOR A SPECIAL OFFER TO ME TO BUY S5 BUT NOT GRANTEE TO HAVE IT. I am very angry and annoying to keep chatting with them without any result. The aim of purchasing the machine is making my life easier and reducing housework but the team made me in trouble these days. Please consider to have one from this company before you buy.

I purchased Tineco vacuum cleaner in 2023, as the machine was still under Tineco's 2 year warranty I contacted Tineco support.
As requested, I sent them copy of my receipt.
They asked for a video or photos, so I sent a couple.
I received an email from Customer Support promptly agreeing to replace the parts. The parts were delivered to my house within 2 days.
I was very happy dealing with Tineco, very professional and friendly staff over the phone.

Poor misleading service - Ordered a S3, after a week I was told it was out of stock and the order would be cancelled. To compensate me, they would offer me a discount code on a S5 to bring this down to £249. (The S5 was already on sale for £239). Order cancelled and went with another brand that actually delivers.

It’s a very well built machine. Sturdy and light. I like the automatic emptying feature. I did have a fault but his was resolved by sending a new part to rectify the issue. This is impirtant as after sales can be a stumbling block with some companies.

I bought a vacuum just over a couple of years ago that I haven't used so much and suddenly stop working. I wanted to see if is still under warranty and if is possible to fix it but there is no way to contact costumer service! I used the form on their website at least 5 times and I also DM on Instagram. No response at all!
