Shocking online delivery, can't get through to anyone.
Really wish I read these reviews before purchasing online. Items arrived in an opened box, looks like they were chucked in there without any packaging. Pads were missing from bra and I can't get hold of anyone via phone (message says they're closed due to bank holiday!?), contact form or email. Material does look thinner than expected but I haven't tried on yet in case I need to return it. Very frustrating.
What have they done to Sloggis?
I have worn and loved Sloggis for years. Although they are quite expensive, I have found them comfortable, hard-wearing and good value for money in the past.
However, my latest purchase of black Tai control briefs is of very poor quality by comparison. The material is thin and hard with very little stretch, and they are very uncomfortable to wear - a cheap and nasty version of the original Sloggis.
Sloggi not refunding returns
I ordered from Sloggi and returned some items more than a month ago, however I am still waiting for a refund. I have emailed Customer Services, who are very slow to respond, and when they do they say they are investigating, despite the fact that I have proof of postage. Feel like I will need to take legal action in order to get a refund. Would not advise ordering from the website.
Thin material
Really difficult to know who to complain to as there are so many choices of companies although parent company is triumph this doesn't seem to be listed. The material is really poor quality and hasn't lasted 6 months without holes appearing. Will not purchase again.

I placed an order (A0025583086) via the website ( uk.sloggi.com) on Sat 01 October.
On Tue 04 October I received an email saying that my order was on it's way. The email was supposed to include a link to track the delivery, but the link was missing. Not very useful.
On Sat 08 October I emailed customer service to advise that I had not been provided a tracking link. Juan at Sloggi provided the link and said "According to our carrier service partner your order is on its way to you, and will be delivered soon". I then checked the delivery tracking link and EVRi had not yet received my items from Sloggi.
On Monday 10 Oct I emailed Sloggi again to advise that EVRi had still not received my order and asked them to look into this. Anna at Sloggi blamed the postal strike and said that EVRi hadn't scanned my order yet. Anna said she would send "an urgent request to our relevant department to check the whereabouts" of my order. I did not receive any further updates from Anna or the "relevant department". Not very helpful.
Please note that in the meantime I had made two other online orders with other retailers who also used EVRi. On both occasions EVRi delivered my parcels next day (after ordering) so I'm not sure why Sloggi was so badly impacted by the postal strike.
I dutifully continued to wait for my delivery until on Tues 18 Oct I received an automated email from Sloggi confirming the return of my order and my refund. At this point I'd not had any updates/solutions from Sloggi.
Eighteen whole days to amount in a massive waste of time and energy. Do not even bother using the Sloggi website or their customer service. Didn't even receive an apology.
UPDATE - As of 28 October I have now recieved a £10 voucher code to use with Sloggi as the parcel was never processed by EVRi (oh Juan). This will not convince me to use them again, I cannot be bothered.

So disappointed.Ive always bought sloggi n recieved underwear which one pair was awful.It had forgotten to be sewn in 2 parts! When I complained the person emailed me back a rather long email.Explaining I would have to send back n then a person would check them! ( making me feel I was lying) Then asked to order them again as they could send me replacement. I then send 2 photos ( email) n haven't heard anything.Sloggi used to be great underwear n the service n communication is even worse!
So Scratchy
So Scratchy! What a disappointment when all their marketing it geared on comfort! i bought 4 bras. all of which were uncomfortable. Two of which are positively sharp! the other two i have to wear inside out if at all.
Also its not helpful that they have sewn a big scratchy label on the inside of the bra. I had to cut it out in order to try the bra on properly, only to find out the seams are sharp as well... and now it cant be sent back. :(
Sloggi knickers
In recent years the quality of the Sloggi knickers has declined and it is no longer worth purchasing them considering the cost. Every pair splits around the gusset and leg area. I don’t understand how Sloggi have not done anything about this problem. Will certainly not purchase any more as they are a complete waste of money and there are far better quality products available elsewhere.
Terrible customer support
We have recently made three purchases from Sloggi. Two were returned, one incorrect size the other not as described. We returned the goods via tracked Royal Mail and we know they have been received. Goods returned are in the value of £300 However only £144 and £22 has been refunded. They do not reply to emails or telephone, but an answer service stating all delays and problems are due to the UK no longer being in the EU!

Poor Customer Service
I love the quality of the products but the customer service is very poor. I had to return the item as it wasn't a good fit. I have sent the parcel back via tracked & signed mail so had a proof they've received it. When I didn't hear anything back after a while I got in touch with them and was told that although the parcel was handed over to them, it was not 'registered' and that they will investigate. They eventually said they have issued a refund, which should be on my bank account within 8 days but wasn't, not even after 18 days. So, more than a month since sending the parcel back I still didn't get my refund. I have now involved my bank who refunded the payment as I sent them all the evidence and contacted the merchant on my behalf. Really appalling customer service. I think they should review they return/refund processes as they are obviously not working well!
