I had a terrible experience with customer service after losing my phone and filing a claim. When my husband called for an update, they asked who was calling from my number and was very offended when asked to repeat the question again. My husband told him he is speaking on my behalf as I am not good at British accent. then said you need a translator. They dismissed him as a translator, which was completely unnecessary. Then, when my friend spoke with them, they again requested a translator after 10 minutes. Finally, my friend's husband spoke with them, and after 15 minutes, they still insisted on needing more translators. This was incredibly unhelpful. We weren't there for a job interview, but simply trying to claim what was rightfully ours. The whole process was frustrating and inefficient. Thanks🙏
