Really good service, when you can’t get to the shop.

Great choice and fast delivery

Great offers - I brought 1 sale item and 1 full price item however Pandora would not allow me to take my 10% discount code off the full price item for some reason (which states I could of in T&C’s)

Also, items brought and arrived with no box or even an option to buy a box.

I was very disappointed with the packaging as I bought a number of charms (10) as gifts. They arrived in two small flat boxes. If I had gone into a shop, I could have a small box for each one. I am minded to return the whole lot, and go to one of my local shops to choose a new lot. I will not buy anymore from this source.

No communication about delivery says 2-3 days we now on day 4 . I haven’t heard anything . It’s my daughter’s birthday tomorrow so will be so disappointed and upset if it doesn’t arrive .

It is much better to see jewelry in a shop than online. The staff in the shop in Lowestoft were very helpful and I got the gift I was looking for.

The charm looked way flatter, and there's no guarantee that the dangly charms will 100% stay on. And why are the charms so tiny? I was expecting it to be much larger and for the price, at least to be waterproof in the website pictures. I only got the charm in the images; therefore, it looked big, and when I searched it up without logging in, the charm was shown on a person, showcasing how tiny it looks. This was my first time buying from Pandora, only because of a friend, but it looks like it might be my last

I found your site difficult i could order no problem but it wouldnt let me enter my card details i had to get my daughter to do it as i couldnt if it had only be a one day offer i would have missed it

I recently purchased three rings, and while I’m happy with the products themselves, the packaging was disappointing. Each ring was sealed in a generic plastic bag and placed together in a single box, rather than being presented in individual, dedicated ring boxes. For jewelry items, proper individual boxes would not only offer better protection but also make for a much more fitting unboxing experience. I hope this is something that can be improved in the future.

From ordering to delivery was flawless. Its a gift for someone and not due to be given fora fortnight. Im sure it will go down well.
