My only advice is don't bother. Not worth the stress

This store is the most atrocious online store I’ve ever ordered from. Who on earth would let a clump of immature children, ranging from 11-17, run an online store? My grandfather was recently converted to the hospital with cancer, and his wish before he died was to get a “NORRIS NUTS GOODIE HOODIE BEEHIVE ORGANIC PINK.” So indeed I bought it for him, so he could rest in his favourite oodie before dying. But it never came. He ended up dying in the hospital clothes. THIS IS ATROCIOUS. And when I cancelled the order, I never got my oodie hoodie or my refund. Horrible. Please avoid this store like coronavirus, it is disgusting service and EXTREMELY overpriced. I cannot pay my gas bills because they did not send me the refund. I will shiver this winter, all thanks to the Norris nuts.

I ordered a few items for my little sister for Christmas 2021. I received all my order, a mixture of clothes and other items. Some clothing was VERY small, even with me ordering a size up. Everything else fine and my sister loved. I was in contact with customer service about returning the unsuitable items of clothing, they sent me a return form (through email) for me to print and I payed for the parcel to be sent back. 6 months later still no refund. Loss of money from the items of clothing bought, which I no longer have and also paying for the parcel to be sent back. I have emailed since asking where my refund is and they came back asking for proof of receipt for sending the item and proof of the return form. I’ve never had or even heard of having to take pictures for ‘proof’ of the return form, to ensure a refund. So therefore there is no proof of that. However, my name, order number and items being sent back was clearly on the form, so I don’t see any issue. Never have I heard of wanting proof of it being sent either. In the end I gave up but will not be ordering again. And encourage others not to either unless you know you won’t be in a position of sending your items back.

I brought a Norris nuts jumper from there shop. Only received a free gift. A week later still no item. I emailed them for them to say they are out of stock. Witch they always are. They only offered me a refund witch takes 3-4 working days. I have a very unhappy daughter it was for her birthday. All they offered me was a sorry and that was it do not buy from here again.

Impossible to get any sort of quick response to queries. No contact number for customer service at all. Emails sent regarding a delayed order being sent via Hermes. Please please norris nuts reply to customers! Your products are amazing but the service is woeful.

Be careful ordering from Norris Nuts, firstly their sizes are woefully small and I mean small, secondly they do their upmost to absolve themselves of any kind of return procedure which as far as I can tell actually goes against UK law on distance selling which is pretty sneaky especially for a children's clothing brand!
Thirdly, even if you get a return you have to send it back to Australia which would probably mean that it is too costly to return, again sneaky as they offer a UK shop. Lastly they do not seem to reply to emails which is the only form of communication they offer on their website.

All in all left a very nasty taste and would NOT recommend buying from them unless you were 100% sure and were happy to be left with items that don't fit your child.

My daughter is very disappointed as she loves the show.

On the plus side the clothes and packaging do look nice just a shame they're made extremely small.

This store is amazing. I have ordered 2 pieces of clothing from here because my daughter is a huge fan of the Norris nuts so I thought I would treat her to something special. I went on to their sight and ordered the All night long hoodie. I paid £6 for the delivery and within 4 days it had came. Since we were happy with the first one I ordered her another one this time I ordered the gangsta hooded dress purple and again it came within 4 days. I was so happy with my purchases and I definitely recommend buying from here.
