Just bought the MSI MAG 271QPX QD-OLED monitor from my local Currys and it is amazing, such great value for money! Compared to my old monitor, the blacks and colours both look unreal and very accurate... See more

They fixed my laptop (broken hinge) for free, they even arranged the transport. Perfect example of customer service.
Same day reply and resolution
There seems to be extreme opposites for reviews. People get either amazing service or very terrible service. My experience has been excellent.
Purchased MSI MAG 240R Coreliquid CPU liquid cooler from Amazon Warehouse. Unfortunately, amazon reps were not able to help and supply spare parts (as they were missing).
MSI picked up my email (within 45 mins) and quickly found an alternative solution. They offered to send a complete kit for my CPU bracket (for Free - and even paid for postage).
The whole processed took less than 1 hour of my time, and within 2 emails, the solution was in sight. The technical rep was very good with communication and clearly suggested a viable solution.
It seems that people need to get in touch with MSI directly - in order to get good service. Try to avoid contacting third-parties for a solution, like Amazon and other resellers. Speak directly to MSI via email: uktechsupport 'at' msi dotcom
Fantastic Support
I contacted MSI support as one fan on my non-RGB AIO had failed, despite being less an a year old and well within the expected MTTF. These things happen from time to time. Support told me they couldn't replace the fan exactly but would send out 2 RGB fans (to ensure I had a matching pair). Arrived today, as promised. Brilliant.
Really bad company service avoid!!!!
Really bad company service. Had a problem for 3 weeks now and it’s still not sorted out with no end in site! Avoid!!!
Absolute worst customer service experience ever
The absolute worst customer service experience I have had in my life. Reading other reviews and considering my own experience they’re a good company until you have a hardware problem. You can’t speak to a person and they literally (not figuratively, the actual meaning of the word) take a whole week to reply to every email, even if it’s a reply to one they sent you. I find it absolutely mind boggling that a company this big has such terrible customer service. A whole month after my problem was diagnosed and I’m still no closer to getting a solution out of them. I guess that once they’ve got your money they no longer care, as is evident.
Response to MSI’s reply:
I absolutely was in touch with your UK customer service, don’t try to dismiss what I said as my mistake rather than your incompetence. I find it funny you reply to a negative review within 24 hours but can’t reply to customer emails for seven days.

Excellent MSI Support experience
I had an excellent MSI Support experience with Ender. I had accidentally flashed my MSI B450 Tomahawk Max motherboard with a Max II BIOS file, which had caused some system instability. It was >2 years old and not under warranty. Ender had me ship it back to MSI UK and on the same day he received it, had re-flashed the motherboard BIOS with the correct version and shipped it back to me with a free MSI case fan and velcro tie. I received it fully working a couple of days later. The communications throughout were clear, polite, and very responsive. One of the best customer support experiences I've had recently. Thanks Ender!
AMAZING Customer/Tech Support Team!!!
What made my experience with MSI UK tech support team so GREAT was the friendly and professional demeanor “Ender” exhibited. I only inquired as to whether I could order the appropriate m.2 mounting screw for my motherboard and they offered to send one free of charge. To my surprise they also sent some extra goodies. AMAZING customer/tech support team! May end up ordering an MSI Z590 mobo from them, in the future.
Very helpful support
I lost my monitor`s vesa screws to mount it on a arm. Contacted Msi uk tech support to buy new ones and I was willing to pay since it was my fault to lost the screws at first place.
Msi support not only sent me new screws for free, they also put a very nice keychain into the box as well. I had the screws and keychain on my hand the very next day.
One of the best customer support I have ever seen, keep up the great work!
The most incompetent company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with
I'd like to preface this by saying that this is my second MSI laptop, and I regarded the first one as one of the best purchases I have ever made. That is owing to the fact that I did not have a problem and had no need to use their RIDICULOUS excuse for a customer service system. Due to the first being a good purchase I decided to splash out and spend £3000 on a GE66 Raider, futureproof myself I thought. On November 1st my six month old £3000 MSI laptop stopped working and I contacted their support the same day. It was collected promptly and arrived at their repair center. It took them literally three weeks before they even looked at it to diagnose the problem and found out they needed to order a motherboard from head office and it would take another week to arrive. One week later the new motherboard arrives, is fitted and doesn't work either. The repair center tell me that there are no more motherboards at head office (a computer parts manufacturer has no more motherboards..?) and it needs to be sent there for repair. By then it's been over a month and they still have no lead time for getting my £3000 laptop back to me. At this point I'm done and tell them I want nothing to do with their time wasting company and I want my money back. They say it's unorthodox but considering their incredible incompetence they will oblige. I ask them to issue the credit note they promised and again over a full week later they have not responded and have stopped replying to my emails. I feel so exasperated and upset. I wish so much I could go back to April and get an actual quality laptop instead.
New gaming laptop (MSI GP66)
I bought a new gaming laptop(MSI GP66, RTX3080) to replace a previous one, and am rather disappointed, you buy a laptop to be mobile, and as a gaming laptop, I use in in my chair, however the power lead is a foot and a half shorter than previously and now I can't leave it on the floor it's got to be with me, next to me, it's a really silly thing to do, how much is a bit of cable, it also doesn't have a USB C socket, performance is fine, but them cutting corners ruined it. I'm worried how long the power socket on the laptop will last due to the short cable, There is a lot of competition out there. This is the 3rd and last MSI for me, ill buy a Lenovo next time. - After various emails with MSI the situation remains the same, don't buy these machines as the adaptor cable (that plugs into the laptop) is too short.

Great customer service via email
Water cooler started making weird noises months ago while still under warranty but couldn't afford no down time so I bought a new one and put it away in storage for now.
Built a new pc recently and thought well it's only making a weird noise but after digging it out and using it for a few hours the pump completely failed on the msi 360r water cooler.
Went online to check what warranty was offered. Noticed I registered it on purchase and it's got a 36 month warranty and even though it's been 15 months since purchase contacted MSI via email and explained the situation.
I didn't expect the fantastic response of them replacing the entire kit with a new one and arranging to collect the faulty one at a later date to save hassle on my end.
They also said when they do collect the old one, I'm more than welcome to keep all mounting brackets and fans as spares and to just return the core item itself which I think is great as I love the fans.
All in all expected a much trickier situation but fantastic result.
10/10 customer service
Firsty do not risk buying anything from…
Firsty do not risk buying anything from this company at all. I bought an MSI curved monitor back in June from an online shopping store. 3-4 weeks ago the screen went as i was merely tilting it. Here's the canned response from their CS team, bearing in mind ALL they had to go on are pictures not a physical appreciation that the monitor hadn't been dropped, kit, kicked, thrown like a frisbee or in any way abused whatsoever.
The canned response is thus (name of agent redacted to save their eternal embarrassment)
"Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your repair request.
Unfortunately, your monitor appears to be mechanically damaged. This type of damage is not covered by warranty, and we are therefore unable to offer free of charge repairs.
The LCD panel is composed of multiple different layers of materials – plastic on the outside, then liquid crystals, wiring, boards, backlight, and many others. These can all be damaged separately from one another, resulting in an “internal” crack, with no immediate damage to the outside of the screen. However, the layers cannot be repaired individually. Fixing such monitor would require swapping the entire LCD panel. Since the panel constitutes well over 90% of the price of the entire monitor, these repairs are never economical when compared to purchasing a new unit.
Because of all of the above, we cannot offer paid repairs in this case, and we will have to close your repair request."
Well, that's £270 down the drain,so remeber folks in the run up to Xmas and indeed all year, if you buy from MSI and it develops a genuine non user damage fault, you're on your own. Never again, next time it's a BENQ monitor to sit aside the 32" BENQ I already have. MSI are rubbish and so is their so called customer service. If I could rate these cowboys as zero I would.

MAG CORELIQUID 240R V2 WHITE
It’s my first liquid core cooler and I’m really impressed about performance, silent and very cool radiator with 2x120mm led light fans. Brilliant choice…Thanks.
MSi GL66 12UEK
Recently purchased a MSi GL66 12UEK gaming laptop and couldn't be more happier.
Sturdy lightweight design, great graphics.
Great service from msi uk!
My X570 motherboard`s fan died on me, I thought it wasn`t a big deal since it was a relatively easy part swap. I contacted USA service but they told me to send the board back for RMA and refused to send a replacement fan to fix it myself.
I was looking for advice on Reddit to buy the part myself, instead msi uk team replied back and said they can send me a new chipset fan for free!! Within 24 hours my fan was posted and I received it next week. I was able to solve my issue with zero downtime.
Can`t thank enough msi uk team for shipping a replacement all the way from uk to us, you guys are amazing!!
Amazing customer care even when you are not from the UK.
I am from the Netherlands and I got in touch with MSI UK support through reddit. My issue was a faulty RGB LED on my RTX3080 SuprimX. MSI support responded quickly and after sharing details about my gpu, I was offered either a free easy-to-replace replacement part or send it in to be fixed by MSI themselves. After opting for the replacement part and receiving it in a few days, the issue was solved! This experience will make me choose MSI as a future pc parts brand for sure.
The plastic part of the graphics card…
The plastic part of the graphics card has broken. They sent a spare part for free. 11/10 I will definitely come back
The UK Service Team is incredibly passionate about helping customers and it shows
Not only did the UK service team go above and beyond, but they helped someone from a completely different part of the world. I've never seen a company go to this length to help out another customer but they did. I am forever grateful for the individuals who help customers like this.
These are incredible people with massive amounts of passion to help customers in need.
Faulty monitor, refuse to fix. Accepted repair, did nothing and sent it back.
Title sums it up.
Monitor had severe backlight bleed. But they refuse to fix and refuse to acknowledge the issue. According to them white blotches at every corner of screen even at below 50% brightness is acceptable.
Other reviews of the monitor show this isn't the case with all of them.
Support staff are obtuse and difficult. If I don't have any help from their complaints team. I will be contacting trading standards.
