I ordered some lashes, the setting mist and an eyeshadow palette. The quality of the products is amazing, definitely worth the hype. They arrived promptly and I have absolutely no issues with anything which is great!

The only reason this is getting an extra star is down to the customer service I expirenced which was incredible. I ordered the new Jeffree Star brushes and said they had been shipped on the 5th of Feb. I rung yesterday which was the 9th and was told to wait a week before calling back because there’s nothing they can do till then. Even though the item has obviously been lost somewhere between the warehouse and the courier. I bought these as a birthday gift to myself which is next week because I wanted to test them out. I was told after calling back it will take 24-48 hours to ship then should be with me 1-2 days so I’m badsically waiting 2 weeks for something that could potentially not turn up for my birthday. Frustrating as the hype of the product for me has now gone and I’m left without my product and £43 down. I’m a huge Jeffree Star fan and always have the newest products and haven’t used Morphes site before and was apprehensive about using it. I did ask other retailers if they would be stocking it but they advised they wouldn’t. I now feel slightly left out as everyone’s had their brushes and is reviewing them online but I’m still to wait another week for mine.

I've never ordered from morphe online, doubting their quality, but they recently opened a new shop near me, so I thought I'd check them out. I was doubtful, but also pretty excited - I've been hearing about morphe for years.
I swatched some morphe products but found them underwhelming - oh well, it's the brushes everyone raves about. I bought a brush set of mixed quality - I bought I think 6 brushes just to try the brand, and while I use 2 of them regularly still after a few months having them, they are not soft (even the 'fluffy blending brush' has a coarse texture to it that's uncomfortable on the eye and it's one of the better brushes from the set), and the dark brushes leave long dark hairs all over your face which are a nightmare to get off without ruining your makeup. Like a LOT of long dark hairs. Even the light brushes shed a great deal, it's just not as obvious.
All in all, I've had better luck with drug store brushes for a fraction of the price. I should have known walking around the store, as the employees' makeup looked AWFUL! They were all streaky, with unblended eye shadow. No shade, but they looked clownish and cakey, with layers of foundation and concealer you could see brush strokes in, and the sort of highlighter that looks good in a photo but in real life just creates craters in people's faces. Now looking back I realise they were probably good with makeup, just limited by having to use morphe products. (and they were helpful and lovely, too).

Believe me, if their staff can't make it look good, it's trash. It only looks good on camera when influencers have hours to apply it and mess with their lighting etc. I've been hearing so much about morphe for years and I'm honestly so glad I never bought into the ad campaign, and I won't again. I always heard their customer service was poor, but their products are no better.

I had a couple of issues with my order and the customer service got back to me within hours of me sending an email and solved my issues without any fuss. Really impressed with the service and would definitely use them again.

Placed an order on the 26/12/18 and got an email to say it was confirmed and the money was taken out of my account but have yet to receive a dispatch email or even get the items. I sent an email yesterday but have not heard anything yet. Will update the review if they sort themselves out
Update: So after getting in contact with them, they told me there was a problem with shipping on their side (i.e. they never even sent the damn thing) and then decided to CANCEL the order instead of sending it out. I then asked could it still be sent and the said no because the price went up. It is NOT my fault ye forgot my order so the item should have still been sent out. They instead gave me a 15% discount code that I will not be using. Awful, awful company and will never be buying from them again!

I had an order arrive late having paid express delivery, but that’s the only negative experience I’ve had with Morphe. I expected my order after 2 working days having paid £5 delivery but it was delayed, emailled customer service and within 5 minutes I had an email back and a refund. I can’t fault their customer service. I’m only giving them 4 stars due to some palettes I’ve wanted for ages being out of stock for almost a month now and taking a long time to restock

I think people aren’t understanding the websites process. When you place an order it does actually tell you it can’t take 3-5 working days just for the order to be confirmed and processed before it even leaves the warehouse due to such a high volume of orders. This may not be convenient to everyone but they do tell you straight up.
Im also confused about the complaint of their customer service because I’ve literlsky just had a problem with an item (due to no fault of their own) and they promptly fixed it for me literally within a minute. The lady was extremely apologetic and polite and has arranged for the item to be resent. I was apprehensive calling them because of the reviews but I’m glad I did because they were more than helpful. And I had a lovely follow up email from them too.

I’ve ordered twice before and had no problems. Decided to order again, but 3 weeks i still haven’t received my item.
The have the worst customer service ever. I’ve emailed them about 4 times and they’ve never replied. I’ve had 2 emails saying they’re about to ship my parcel.
But the hermes tracking site says they haven’t received it.

Complete Joke.

Listen up, I can totally vouch for the 35B palette. It has a lifespan of 4 nightclubs & vomiting 3 times (all in one night). Next morning I woke up, looked in the mirror, and my eyeshadow was untouched and popping AF :’)

Morphe website screwed up the address by removing the road name. Contacted them straight away, and received no response from customer service. They then emailed me to say it had been sent but the address wasn't updated, and took 3 days for hermes to receive the package. No idea if I am going to receive this. Two emails and two tweets and no reply. Waste of time

The best affordable brushes and makeup you can find! So happy with all my orders :) Had one problem with an order but the team fixed everything up immediately.

Will definitely buy more.

I'm not sure what to think, I ordered from them on the 13/11/2018, they sent an email saying that the order was being packed and they would let me know when it was dispatched. Well it is now the 17/11/2018, and I have yet to get an email about the dispatch, I emailed them and have yet to have a response. If someone can let me know what is happening with this that would be great, as this is a birthday present and Im worried it wont arrive in time.

Ordered myself a brush kit. Always used morphe brushes because they are the bomb. First time ordering from the morphe site and definitely won't be the last time. The packaging was amazing. On the inside of the box was white with "morphe" printed on and a saying which was super cute. It kept the item secure during transit. Will be ordering the james charles palette and brushes next 😁. Morphe you are amazing with everything you do. Keep it up!

The uk site is so easy to use. I've ordered from Morphe a few times now and the service is quick and simple and when my order arrives it is always well packaged and delivered on time. Can't complain at all.

Really great service with morphe! I ordered the Jaclyn hill pallette and was sent the Jaclyn hill vault collection. The mistake was rectified before I even received my order and my original request was sent also! As a gesture of good will I was told to keep the vault collection also! Received both today! Really happy with the service and would 100% recommend!

Really good! I ordered a really good pigmented colourful pallet and it came back within three days! Colours are good, belandable, definitely worth the money

Will not be using again. Great delivery, but if you need to speak to Customer Service you're better off speaking to a brick wall.

Its 2018 and Morphe do not offer price matches (even though BeautyBay were considerably cheaper!) and cannot cancel an order 15 minutes after placing it, even though it's not even processed or despatched!

Awful, avoid.

Fantastic products, but... The customer service is shocking. Hermes couldn't deliver my order and sent it back to Morphe. I contacted them to ask what's going on and they said my address was undeliverable (it's not) and that they'll refund me. Well, two weeks later and still no refund and no replies to any emails or @s. I've escalated with PayPal.

I ordered a couple of different items from Morphe Brushes at the beginning of February. The shipping was fairly quick, only a couple of days, compared to that I live in Denmark. The items were packed securely with bubblewrap.

The quality of the products is very nice. The eyeshadow palette is the pigmented eyeshadows I have tried for a long time. The brushes are also a nice quality and do the job nicely.

I would definitely recommend Morphe Brushes!

i should have read trustpilot's reviews regarding morphe deliveries. utterly disappointing! ordered online and expected delivery date was on 03/04/18, was at home the whole day waiting for the parcel but nothing came! I emailed Morphe Customer service and havent received any reply at all, contacted DPD and informed me that the item hasnt been dispatched at all from Morphe. Now I am going to be away for a holiday and i can't get any proper response from Morphe. Item still hasnt arrived. would want a refund! and never order online from Morphe again
