Very happy with the service we have received. Small issue with our charger point was dealt with swiftly and a friendly installer was out the next day to rectify. Very responsive and helpful staff throughout the process so I would recommend to others!

From beginning to end the whole process was very efficient. All correspondence and communication prior to installation, during and after was first rate. The installation was easy to deal with, and everything explained professionally and courteously... so overall a great experience, and would highly recommend.

We had a house move after doing the initial spec of work and had to do everything again. The team handled it great and organised everything promptly.

I would like to send out my special thanks to Haley and Graeme for sorting out a problem I had with my home charger today. I spoke to Hayley with my issue at 2pm and by 3pm Graeme the engineer contacted me and talked me through the steps to resolve the problem. Fantastic service and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you all so very much.

From start to finish I couldn’t fault a thing, Thomas from the sales team kept me informed of everything throughout the process and the charger was installed within 2 weeks.
The installation team of Paul and his helper was also top notch and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Left us stranded tonight without access to charge. Had to arrange emergency recovery. (UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO REPLY - Problem was at Whitby Hospital where I work as the only doctor overnight. I did call the helpline but they refused to assist)

Had my first charging experience with one of Mers public chargers, not impressed. One charging port was taped up due to being out of working order. The machine had to be rebooted twice before it eventually worked. Known issues with their machines, I wouldn't reccomend. There are other manufacturers I've used many times with a zero failure rate and those that did, once in use offered 1 free charge as a gesture of good will. If your happy stood around waiting- they could be for you!

Beginning the EV journey was made all the easier with Elmtronics. Initial questions were answered promptly and the process was made clear throughout. The end product was a professionally installed Easee One charger which I cannot wait to start using. I have no doubt that any issues that could arise will be dealt with in the same way. My transaction with Elmtronics came from a word of mouth recommendation and I will have no issue with doing the same for prospective EV motorists needing an EV charger. Well done & thank you.

Elmtronics is easy to deal with, I initially started the EV home charger install story with BP via New Motion (we basically gave up with them), a story of night & day in terms of customer service, thanks to Katie Craggs for making our install & order as easy as pie.

Very helpful and a prompt fitting. Everything was done well, on time and at a good price. Highly recommended.

The whole process of buying an Easee Home EV charger, through Elmtronics was quick and easy. It would have been very quick if the original fitter hadn’t fallen ill. Katie has been very helpful all the way through, and arranged for one of their own fitters to come down from Birmingham, a few days later.

The work is neat and professional, despite the charger being a long way from my electricity meter, which is slap bang in the middle of my house. It’s easy to control via the app, and has worked reliably every time, so far.

All in all I’m very pleased I went with Easee and Elmtronics, for my car charger.

Paul the electrician from Elmtronics arrived early which is always a good sign, he surveyed the site and then advised how he was going to carry out the works.
As he went through each process of the install he was very approachable and always explained what he was doing and the reasoning behind it.
When the install was complete he assisted with the install of the app to my phone which I found very helpful, In addition my home was left spotless and i was asked for the recycle bin in order to place some waste.
All in I would give Elmtronics top marks and if any required aftercare is needed and approached by them in the same way then they cannot be faulted.

Great service by Elmtronics in the installation of my new Easee charger

I love the Easee product and was passed to Elmtronics for the installation. The electrician was round within a week from order. The install was really quick, I was shown how to use the app and then they tidied up before they left. Thanks.

The Easee EV home charge is brilliant. Installed by Elmtronics about a month ago and it’s working perfectly. Great customer service. Would recommend.

Excellent service all round. Customer service (Katie in particular) has been great, and I had a lot of questions as I didn't know much about it. I had the Easee charger installed, which had great reviews too. The engineer who came for the installation did a brilliant job, very tidy too. The price was very fair considering the equipment provided.

A high level of service from everyone at Elmtronics. Ordered my charger from Katie. She was really helpful and knowledgeable. Electrician arrived on time and installed my charger quickly. Even talked me through the set up. Great service all round.

The service provided was excellent, the items required arrived ready for the engineer when he arrived. The engineer was polite and friendly and explained everything and was really helpful.

I really wanted the Easee charger and was recommended Elmtronics to install it for us. Within a week of placing the order, it was in. They fitted it really quickly and once the engineer had gone I had a question so rang the aftercare line and Katie was super helpful.

Ordered my electric car home charger from Elmtronics. Service was great from start to finish and the install was quick and pain free. The charger itself is a great product, sleek and discreet. I even had the choice of covers. Would highly recommend Elmtronics.
