Works as promised without the extreme price tag like other models.

My order was extremely late but the product is great my only problem is that you can’t control the intensity only the temperature so if you want to just dry your hair it is kinda weak. Nevertheless the curls are amazing and very easy.

Product good but delivery not so much. Took a few weeks & the box was pretty battered unfortunately. Just glad I was not gifting it.

It's overall good, just a little harder to use than expected and not getting the results I expected! But not sure if it's the product or the user which is why I'm staying in the middle with my review, to be be fair and honest. I'm going to continue to try and use it more and see if I have better results and then give it a different review!!

Customer service response to my email regarding my order not delivered was prompt. They were able to look into the order and see that it was not delivered and stalled somewhere. They sent me a new one and I received it.

Trying to use 30 day money back guarantee but am being ghosted by customer services.

Product is really cheap and not worth the money.

Really positive review. Took just over a week to arrive but was tracked so could see whereabouts it was. The product itself takes some getting used to and practice but all in all is a great products for a great price

Well according to my email the styler was delivered but it wasn't. I reached out and customer service assured me that it had not been delivered. They were right. Customer service is the best. Any problems just reach out, they will help!!

This product Is absolutely amazing.My hair has been frizzy for quite a while and I have to go to the hair dressers once a week for a bouncy blow-dry. However this hairdryer leaves your hair so smooth and manageable. Definitely recommend It and to add to It Only £50 something with postage and packing. It’s a bargain. The Dyson Is similar and costs over £400. Really pleased with It.

Absolutely love this product. Its great for my hair. My curls last three to four days which has never happened before with an ordinary hairdryer and brush. Such great value for money too. One very happy customer 😀

I never write product reviews...but I'm going to for this! Fantastic product! I have very fine, fly away hair but this magic styler makes it look sleak and healthy.

Communication is very slow via email. Had to chase f9r a response regarding my refund. Delayed communication, then finally refunded only 70%.
There refund policy does not clarify, shipping and handling fee is non refundable. I understand the shipping fee being non refundable.
Communication is tedious and poor.
I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

I love the hair dryer attachment and the smoothing brush however the curl attachments don’t seem to work on my shoulder length bob : (
