Damaged Art Print Frame
Ordered the new journey artprint in September of 2025. Frame arrived damaged, was claimed emediately. I am still waiting for the refund (print was picked up and returned), that was promised weeks ago. Sad to say that if you have an issue (all other orders went perfectly fine), you'll run into massive complications. At least that was and still is the case for me. Will not order again.😔

I inadvertently duplicated an order for a Christmas present, both my partner and I ordered the same thing for our nephew! I contacted Kojima, asking if I could exchange my patches for a t-shirt, and got a very quick reply from Stacey offering a £5.00 refund, to cover the difference, whilst asking me what size I wanted!! The t-shirt has been despatched . . . All customer service managers need to take note!! Ive still got my original order, which will be returned tomorrow, this is exactly how customer service should be!! A big thank you to Stacey and Kojima!! Merry Christmas to you all!!
It is a scam site
It is a scam site. AVOID! They kept my money for two months. Then delivered only one item 8$ out of two (90$ total) stating both items were sent in the same package. Now they don't answer any emails
Lacks Communication
I placed an order on August 13 with a noticed that it would take 3 to 4 weeks to ship. It has now been 5 weeks and nothing. I have requested a status update as this is a birthday gift and want to ensure it arrives before, but I haven't even received a courtesy response.
Unprofessional, unresponsive
When you think about it, it's actually on brand; Kojima's signature poor management and endless delays.
I ordered the tshirts in June. Never heard back from them until I emailed them in July. They responded in early August. I asked for a refund but they apologized for the delay and promised to resolve it in 7 days. We're almost in September and nothing. Unprofessional, unresponsive, poorly managed, and not transparent at all.
Fake Pictures and Infinite delays
Placed an order in June for a t-shirt that was listed as available and received it more than a month later. Additionally the product is different from the one shown in the pictures, since there is no “death stranding 2 on the beach” print on the sleeve. 80+$ for 2 t-shirts delivered with an insane delay and not matching the pictures… what a shame

Bought a DS limited edition backbone controller early 2024, it’s totally bricked (a well known issue according to Reddit) the warranty could still apply but after one answer from the so called Stacy, no one is answering me.
I’ll try to signal them to Japan to get things fixed.

Took me 4 months to finally get a refund ( that didn’t include shipping) firstly only half my order came. They gave the same tracking number for both packages so I was unable to track the second package.
However, I’m starting to think the items weren’t even in stock. No one got back to me about where they could be or the error of the double tracking number, or even about the items being in stock…
No one replied to my emails for two months initially,I took it upon myself to spam their inbox and also asked my credit card provider to do a charge back.
NO phone contact for the company! Terrible in this day and age. Not even a WhatsApp.
The shipping price for items is overpriced and ridiculous considering the weight and size of items.
It seems like there is only one person working there named Stacey.

I’m speaking about the global site.
I’m having a similar experience as everyone else. I placed multiple orders (all in stock) totaling over $500. I paid for 2 day shipping. I emailed 3 days after placing the orders and when I get a response a day later, Stacey says oh the item is out of stock so I refunded you. But get this, as soon as she did that it became available to purchase again so I ordered again. Right after I placed the order it went out of stock. This proves they have no clue what they’re talking about, let alone actually go look at the stock. I think this Stacey person is not even looking into anything other than what it says on their website (just as we see it).
1. Why aren’t orders being shipped in the order they are placed?
2. Items may be out of stock now but they weren’t at the time of purchase. How are you using the excuse that items are out of stock when we were able to purchase?
3. Ask how the customer would like to proceed. Maybe even go above and beyond and include a timeframe of when it will be back if possible.
If you’re a customer service rep, please get up and walk the warehouse, physically check for stock, and touch base with the team to get all the information needed before canceling an order. That should be a last resort.
Once all this gets sorted out I will never ever order from this site again.

Literally no response from customer service from Kojima production. Ironic. I needed an order cancel and no one responded for 3+ days. I need the order cancelled asap but they still sent it through
Kept Me Waiting, Huh?
I have previously made an order which took a few days to dispatch, but arrived soon after and all was ok. This time around, I placed an order at the end of November 2024 and I have still not received my item. I sent an email to request an update 30/12/2024, and this email has so far been ignored. It's now 08/01/2025 and I have sent a further enquiry, but my next step will be requesting a refund through my bank. It's a shame because I am a fan of Kojima's and like to support his work, but I will likely avoid this store going forward.
Terrible customer service
I ordered 3 weeks ago, still says my order is preparing to ship. Sent an email and nothing, no response. They charged my card for the order $257.00. I’m about to cancel my order. So disappointed this was the one Christmas gift my son really wanted. They have no customer service number and ignore emails.
Terrible use of the Kojima name
Much like everyone else on here, very disappointed at Kojima's name being used so badly here. Placed an order for a t-shirt, waited a week and didn't hear anything, emailed customer service and reached out on social media for an update, even just to say when they could post it. 6 days later I got an email with an apology saying they would chase it up, another week later another email, this one saying the item is out of stock and my order has been cancelled. Very poor all round and would highly recommend others avoid this site.

Terrible quality printed shirts/clothing
First issue is that nobody is maintaining the store, as other reviews have mentioned, the store is semi-abandoned by the company, it took forever for anything to be dispatched, my order of 2 items was sent separately and required 3 emails to Kojima Productions customer service to resolve…
I ordered a hoodie and a shirt and expected something fairly premium based on the price, but it just turned out to be thin/crappy fabric with a terrible print which I imagine will just flake off and disappear in a few washes… just utter trash
Please don’t waste you time with the official site, go to Red Bubble or something, as it’s exactly the same principle, a logo printed on a 3rd party mass produced clothing item….

This store seems defunct, after making an order I contacted the store a few times asking when this will be despatched, as I've read that after making an order there is no way to contacts store which is true. Zero contract, ignored emails. I had to contact my bank to get the refund in the end.
Just a thing of note, this store although carrying name "Kojima Productions" is not run by Kojima or the Kojima studio but an external party with somewhat of a strange online presence. Definitely NOT recommended.

I would suggest if people really want something from this store then just go to a bootleg site or ebay, they will be more reliable than this site where you meant to get it! (in the UK)
