Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Orders cancelled without being informed. Partial orders sent out despite status on website saying fulfilled. Customer services totally unwilling to compensate for their errors. Wasted a lot of time dealing with them and won’t be using them again.
Disappointed customer.
Order only half fulfilled. Have been in touch with Customer services and not as yet resolved, hence the low star rating.

Missing item in parcel returned what was in the whole package to be told the item had been shipped avoid!!
Missing item in parcel. Returned the rest of the items as the sizing is incorrect. Finally got an email to say the packaging is in there. I retuned everything that was in the bag when it arrived!
Won’t be using hype again, extremely unhelpful response and clearly can’t pack items. Sizing is incorrect also for children’s items so be where of this. And I’ve wasted my time ordering and even getting a full refund. Avoid this company
Ordered two sets of tracksuits
Ordered two sets of tracksuits. One was okay.
The navy color had a size S pants and M size hoodie in the set,
instead of all size S.
In addition, there are some white spots on the hoodie,
the transparent package has been re-wrapped with adhesive tape where the tracksuit set was inside.
The general package had not been opened, only the separate package inside the shipment. Customs has not opened the package. Someone has changed sizes.
The label attached to the navy hoodie was marked tone khaki.

Misleading
Ordered tracksuits as a gift on the 3for2 sizing is inaccurate, 3xl is more like an xl, attempted to return but as it was bought as an offer, returns/exchanges are not accepted. This is not made clear and even refers to free returns

Went downhill after the founders left, the magic has gone. New owners have no idea what they're doing. Clowns.
It is just a hype...literally
My daughter wanted a Hype bag for years so secondary secondary school seemed like a good time to splash out. The backpack is pretty to look at but that is it.
The material is unyielding so it is hard to fill it or get things in and out.
The shaping and flaps around zips plus rigid construction mean zips are hard to use.
Straps have next to no padding and cause pain.
No stain resistance to fabric, was looking old and marked after 1 day.
Daughter complaining of pain in back - thought it was just weight of books for her slight build but as someone who wears a backpack every day, I tried it on and the straps hurt my shoulders instantly.
Lunchbox - bulky design that does not collapse when empty, taking up a lot of room in said backpack. First lunchbox was marked (inside packaging). Second had hems mis-sewn but we kept out of exhaustion of the process.
Pencil case not bad but with that fabric it is getting messy.
All in all expensive and impractical. Can't really afford another new bag after only a couple of weeks but my daughter's back is more important so here we go!
I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a product, it has never been delivered and the royal mail tracking website shows that this is the case. Hype are refusing to resend via a different courier or refund in time for my son's school camp this weekend when he needs the item. They are just stalling and won't even get anyone to call me so we can discuss the matter. Very, very poor customer service. It is not my fault that their courier of choice is having major delivery issues in our area and they should treat their customers better.

Bought some clothes from this store.
Upon checkout Lithuanian VAT was included in price. They shipped items and not provided necessary information (IOOC code) so shipment was held by customs and i have to pay VAT again. This untrustworthy company refused to compensate VAT, noted that customs its my own problem. But it's not... NEVER Buy from this store.
