Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Our £6000 machine(still in warranty) stopped working a week ago. No sign of an engineer yet. When calling to try and get an answer as to when an engineer may visit (which we have paid £180 for the privilege) the lady on the phone just told me to give it a few more days. When pushed for an answer I was told she is just the receptionist and cannot help any further. Avoid this company

You won't buy any parts...

My machine which is 3 years old leaked twice. It looks like that they forgot to fit a small hose clamp and this causes an issue. All I require is a tiny part which I'll have to source somewhere now. Jura doesn't care as they have "new policy" and you cannot buy any parts for jura machines if you're not authorised engineer. Simply avoid buying Jura products as company policy is to be exploiting you financially as much as possible. I'd need a tiny part worth 10p and for the engineer I'd have to pay a lot. My next coffee maker won't be Jura for sure...
