This is one of those wish there was 0 star options. Where to start. A deposit got lost with trustly deposit and will not do anything to refund the deposit. Support is non existent. By that I mean the Live Chat (when it works) are dismissive and not really interested in assisting. I've chat to two live chat agents are both as hopeless as the other. Email support is non existent. They don't seem to want to reply to emails. I got one email reply saying it was being escalated and I've heard nothing since and disregard all of my followup emails. This is a casino I advise you strongly avoid. DO not register on this website unless you want hassle. Their withdrawal option doesn't work either it asks you to contact them if you want to withdraw so that is a big negative. Basically that means they want you to spend what you have in the time it takes for them to respond to get around to your 'withdrawal request by email' sent to an email address. I cant stress enough how bad this casino is and I will not give up until I get my missing deposit refunded.

3 days later no reply from support no interest in returning my deposit. This casino is a scam be careful

I don't gamble very often mostly down to not having any spare money. However, I elected to sign up with his company as they were offering some kind of promotion where I could help myself to 'free spins'. Over the subsequent months they emailed me offering further 'free spins' simply for 'depositing £10' On the last few occasions I have noted they have been slower and slower when it comes to withdrawing the £10 back to my bank account. Indeed, the last (and final time) I made the respective withdrawal on the 5th June (today is 11 June) and my withdrawal is still listed as 'pending' Each time I contact the customer services I am assured that the withdrawal would be completed 'within the next 24 hours' Clearly this petty company has a policy of dragging their heels when it comes to the withdrawal process of anyone who simply plays their game and does not provide them with a profit. They are doing this over a paulty TEN POUNDS!! lol I've given up 'begging' for my money so having spoken to Lloyds I'm going to wait a few more weeks when they have agreed to initiate a chargeback. I urge any and all players who are subjected to this disgraceful, childish policy to do the same.

Something isn’t right with this website it’s been okay for the last year just past week or two something has dramatically changed with it as it won’t allow you to withdraw your funds it seems really strange and cannot speak to anyone on the chat to me it seems they are gathering as much money as possible and heading for the hills if someone reads this post and would like to respond could you please write it in another review and we can communicate that way
