Failed first attempt

Delivery date given but towards the end of the time period I received an email saying driver time limits were going to prevent delivery due to traffic issues during half term week. Alternative date given, 2 days later, delivery arrived within 1 minute of specified time. Communication was excellent throughout and apologetic for failed first attempt.

The Parcel Man knocked the door

The Parcel Man knocked the door , most seem to think it is ok to leave the parcel in view ! Well done to the guy for this .
Everi communications very confusing, they seemed to be telling me the parcel was going to be delivered yesterday 2 June when in fact it arrived on 3rd June

Do yourself a favor. Don't work with UPS

The UPS shipping company behaved outrageously, claiming that the shipping details were incorrect even though accurate details were provided that were checked again. UPS did not use the email provided, 2 unused phone numbers were provided. The address provided was accurate. I have no explanation for UPS's behavior. Since I needed the shipment urgently, I arrived at the logistics warehouse. I waited an hour and forty minuts until I received the package that was not located in the warehouse.Mr. John Lambert's conduct was impeccable, I received updates regarding UPS's failed conduct. I am convinced that everything possible was done on his part to ensure the arrival of the package. I have only good words for his manner of handling and assistance.
