Hopeless
⁹Sent the item back at my own expense and still haven't had a refund despite numerous requests. Emails go unanswered. Illegal and I will be reporting them to the FCA.
Following writing this review, they wrote the below, asking me to email with the order number and saying they would refund me. I've since written to them 50 emails, but no answer at all and no refund. The truth is, they have absolutely no intention of refunding, which is illegal.I will never use them again and do not recommend them. I will take action.
