Awful customer service sent 2 emails and didn’t get any replies. Sent an instragram message and only had an automated reply asking for me region. Completely useless

I really regret buying from Fox directly as it seems like I cannot return the product for a larger size or refund which is my legal right.

When I emailed customer services and told them that I have a delivery receipt from UPS saying it confirmed delivery their response was “just because you have the confirmation doesn’t mean we have” ……SERIOUSLY!
If you don’t trust UPS to return your items then don’t use them !!
Email after email asking for my money back and still no refund !
But when they do refunds they will deduct £6.99 !!

Awful - still haven’t received my item although they have taken the money. 3 weeks and can’t get through to customer service. They simply say they are closed all the time.

DON'T USE! Misleading, not based in the UK. Customer service is a disaster. Wanted to return an item as poor fit. E-mailed them as requested for returns label. No reply in 3 weeks. Emailed again warned of credit card chargeback. Had to do a chargeback and e-mailed 3 times offering to return goods. Sent a final e-mail saying collect or i'll bin in 14 days and finally they woke up. Accused me in writing of attempting to steal their goods via an invalid chargeback. Have to send loads of docs to American express proving I DID return via the label they finally sent. Turns out they take weeks to ship items to European warehouse. TOTALLY misleading not UK based. Buy from UK reseller. DISPUTE STILL NOT RESOLVED. AVOID AVOID AVOID. ORDER NUMBER FGB00280512 -if fox are bothering to monitor these reviews.

Returned at item willing to pay the £9 cost to return. Did this over a month ago and still havnt got my refund. Can't get through on the phone and barely get any email responses

Terrible company to try to deal with.
I bought a pair of shorts that are too small so wanted to replace them with a bigger size. I’ve tried phoning, emailing and using social media but heard nothing.

I have sent emails including chase emails with no reply and no return label.
I have called them multiple times with waiting exceeding 20mins then cutting off, after calling back again im told the opening hours and then told they are closed in those opening ours on the second message with an option to leave a voicemail which immediately cuts you off so you cannot leave a message.
Avoid purchasing directly from this company, absolute trash service.
Don’t buy direct
Placed an order online all items received but some sizes were wrong, every website email i’ve tried yet they all bounce back, nobody answers the phone and the online chat is never manned. How can there be so many reviews the same as mine and Fox seem to be doing nothing about it?

No Customer Service - No returns
I bought 150 pounds of various mtb items. I needed to return 2 items due to size. Fox would not return any messages by phone or email. I waited 2 hours in a queue and still no answer. I’ve tried continuously for during the 30 day return period and never received a reply. The items arrived with no returns paperwork. This seller may be fraudulent as a don’t believe a global brand like Fox would have zero regard for their customer. Be careful buying from Fox as like me, you may end up with odd sized items and never be able to recover the money.
Fox racing are a joke
Fox racing are a joke, I received a pair of shorts which I needed to send back. No returns information in the package. I have sent lots of emails to try and organise the return, with no response from Fox RacingM. I have called and left messages and no one calls back, I have called but hung up after 10 minutes of waiting. I will never buy fox racing again, if they make it impossible to return products.
Fox warranty shoddy service.
I recently bought a Cube Action Team. The reason I went for it was it came complete with all Fox suspension and seatpost.
The rear shock had a serious manufacturers fault on the mounting bracket - the threads were oversize and all but stripped. The bike shop picked this up at their pre delivery inspection and sent back to Fox distributor, who accepted warranty responsibility.
They informed us a spare part would take 5 - 6 weeks!
Their website states ‘ one of the best warranty services in the business’
Any reputable company would have sent a replacement shock.
The bike shop chase Fox distributor weekly to no avail.
I get the feeling nobody there is actually putting any effort to resolve this other than what they have already stated deliverywise.

poor poor service, order from them in February, after 2 uses the stitching on the gloves failed, 3 e-mails to their warranty department with all the info as requested still no response, not even an automated e-mail stating a time to get an actual reply, on hold to them for over an hour to try and talk to some one, still waiting
Does anyone man the phones
Auto fill on my phone replaced all my details with an old address for postage and old email address. Waiting 25 mins on hold, nothing. Please contact me to rectify this

Returns process is terrible. Ensure you have the correct size. To return is £9 to outside Uk. Standard replies to emails, customer service sucks.
Returns unacceptable
Although merchandise is dispatched from UK returns have to go (via UK!) to the Netherlands. And the customer has to pay - £9! - Rediculous! Royal Mail direct is half the price. Would not order again.

If I could give this pile of **** company negative stars I would because it if beyond useless. Taken me over 20 emails to get a response. I have "resolution" by the company offering me a discount on an item I purchased by paying more by returning it at my costs and then re-buying it for more than I paid. On which planet does that work as a resolution??!! And then being told **** *** and get lost because I question the sanity of this proposal. Is this the most useless ******* company in the world? Besides being incompetent they are also ******* stupid. If this is how companies treat customers those customers stop being customers quite quickly. I will never ever buy this company's products - ever. Good ******* luck dealing with them! Because they do not give a ****!
