You can only reach customer service by email. They have replied, but just keep telling me to wait longer! I'm now having to order from elsewhere. Don't bother!

Order not received after six weeks. Asking credit card for a chargeback.

Do not use this site, these people are crooks. They took my money and I never received my order. They do not reply to enquiry emails and their website does not allow you to track your order or seek assistance. They are abysmal frauds. Do not use them.

Terrible service they won't answer emails have taken my money hand closed the site! I've had no photos no refund and you cannot contact anyone online via email or phone or help desk nothing. Now I've a whole 100 plus photos to print last minute in December before Christmas! Absolute scam of a business

Ordered a calendar last year and had no problems. Ordered this year and not received. Sent a message via help desk 3rd December, heard nothing and now the website is down.

Order not received! No other comment...

Very poor service still no received anything. Told coming from Belgium I assume via Australia. It should not take weeks for this. Very suspicious as you can't follow any links they provide on emails. It goes to 404 error.

Very poor slow service order in the post since the 21st October still not got this not happy at all.

Very happy with the results: I'd ordered 12 x weekly desk diaries (landscape). Good quality printing and quick delivery in 5 days from Brussels to Athens. The only downsides for me were with Foto.com's contorted software and with its lightweight paper and somewhat fragile end product (compared with PhotoBox's weekly desk calendar (Deluxe) which this year was withdrawn from their range). That said, I will be back to order more next year, for sure.

I chose this company because it was in the EU and the delivery address was in the EU & since Brexit deliveries in & out of the UK I know have slowed dramatically. However, despite the printing being completed in 2 days, shipping from Germany to Spain (which is normally about 2 days) took this company 9 days, so my wife had left a few hours before they arrived. Should have read other reviews that all say poor delivery times and poor service.

Ordered photos first time with this company, they arrived after 12 days from Belgium even though was stated 2-5 working days from the UK.
Second time they claimed order was lost in post and yet waiting to be refunded my money. No one cared less for the huge inconvenience caused and passed it with a pale apology.
Never again!

Item took longer than the "express" 3-5 day delivery i paid for. 2 weeks longer. Then item came broken. Tried emailing and contacting them through their messenger. Nothing. Stinking scammers.

I placed an order which apparently could not be "validated". I was messed around continuously for weeks by the customer service until I opened a paypal claim and I have now received a refund via paypal.

photos finally arrived 12 days after I had sent them via email and 8 days after I was emailed that they would be with me in 3 to 5 days. Not really good enough. Also, it seems impossible to email them back to query an order.

Ordered a personalised calendar as a birthday gift and received it within 2 weeks of placing the order. Quality is good and finished product exactly as expected. Would definitely use again. Having seem some of the neg reviews now maybe I got lucky? Or maybe the negative reviews are disproportionate as people are more inclined to leave reviews when they are dissatisfied about something?

well it has only been a week since the ysaid it would be shipped but cant track my order...so pissed off its a birthdaycard and spent £10. but no customer service whatsoever

The photo book was a present for my daughter in Italy and she was very pleased with it and the quality was excellent. Delivery was very quick thank you.
I will be using Foto.com again soon

Impressed with the quality, price and turn around. From placement of order to delivery, it was little more than three days. Product selected was a large format canvas print from my own photograph and although I don't consider myself an oil painting I am certainly now a 'Work Of Art'.

I paid almost 6 pounds for nothing.I uploaded my photo and they send me back a pdf with the size of the pictures I was looking for. I don’t need to pay 5 pounds for that.
Then I ordered them printed to be sent home, they charged me 2,5 extra pounds and any Igor has arrived. It is a scam
