This is the second time we paid for expedited shipping in an emergency job, but they did not ship it out and faced us with trubels, whereas a normal order can be received the next delivery day, which is completely irresponsible and ridicules.

The components are fine so please don’t misunderstand my review, the issue I have is the handling charge of £9.00, it cost me more than the actual bits I purchased, for someone to walk to a box open it and takeout little components is extortion, sorry but it’s true and I won’t shop there again probably

M2 tap sets was agreat price and served my purpose
very well used in taping alloy for a model.delivery was prompt and over all experance was good

If they don't have it you don't need it - order despatched quickly and delivered bang on time.

Farnell is fast on deliveries and very quick with respondence.

farnell have a VAST number of parts in their catalogue - very impressive. The identification of the required relay was relatively easy with their on-line system.
The price was acceptable and the part was dispatched and delivered in 24 hours.
My only complaint would be the picking charge. The part was £2 and the picking charge was £9 plus VAT.
Somewhat disproportionate when you want a small quantity.

There was no mention of this at ordering, and no communication until I started wondering where my order was

Terrible Customer service, i do not recomend to anyone who might want to return something. I bought a 3d printer, and then paid, within 15mins i realized I had bought the wrong model, so emailed immediately to have this order canceled, after 3 days they email stating they cant cancel as it has now been sent. Which i then responded, can i resued the delivery so it sent back for a refund. I haven't heard from them since, and i did refuse the delivery when it arrived a week later. Since then I've emailed over and over and they have not responded. So now i have no 3d printer and no refund. Please avoid.

Ordered a resistor 2am uk cost £4.19 had £9.95 handling charge on it. So added a ferrite core to the order to try and justify the £9.95 total now £23.84 with vat. Resistor out of stock untill middle of June so mail them straight away cancel my order. Get an email 12hours later my orders been dispatched. Tell them again cancel the order too late ups has picked it up. Ordered same resistor from mouser usa was here the day after the ferrite core.

Finding something via the site search facilities is rather hit-and-miss, but the range of goods available and the quality are both very satisfactory. Delivery very fast.
