Andrew provided first-class customer service throughout. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. His professionalism and attention to detail made the experience enjoyable and gave me complete confidence in my purchase.

Rude staff at Knightsbridge branch
I visited their Knightsbridge branch and I received poor customer service during my visit.
I am a long-time handbag collector and visited your store because I was genuinely interested in browsing your collection and considering future purchases. Although I did not make a purchase on this occasion, I expected to be treated with the same courtesy and respect as any other customer.
Unfortunately, the member of staff who assisted us was rude and dismissive. Their manner made us feel unwelcome, and we were left with the impression that we were being judged because we were browsing rather than buying.
At the end of our conversation, the staff member said "goodbye" in a manner that I felt was intended to dismiss us and encourage us to leave the store.
This experience was disappointing and fell well below the level of customer service I would expect from your store. Regardless of whether a customer makes a purchase, everyone should be treated with courtesy and professionalism.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter.
I do have a photo of this rude staff that I am happy to post here.

Delivery normally takes 1 to 3 working days, though it can take up to 10 days for DPD delivery. Please click on the tracking link provided for the updates regarding the delivery. Only once the provided timeframe has passed can we open an official investigation with DPD.
