Great table and fantastic customer service. Unfortunately, our table arrived damaged but this was dealt with very efficiently and I cannot fault the customer service.

Excellent service and good quality products and I know that you can supply all of the bits and pieces that I might need in the future.

Very good service, a fantastic quality table tennis table .

The table is good quality, well engineered and the instructions were easy to follow and complete. Communications pre purchase were excellent from Nikki in customer care with prompt and clear responses. Delivery information was also clear and precise.
I was a little concerned by Panther delivery when they tumbled the box out of the truck and there was a great deal of rattling but nothing appeared to have been damaged. I was a little disappointed that it could not be delivered to the Isle of Skye but we manage to get it there on the roof of the car.

Overall it was a good experience and the product I feel is very goo value for money.

Delivery of parts and accessories with DPD and Royal Mail also excellent.
Delivery of Table by Panther Logistics was painful.

The delivery was cancelled due to the van breaking down, and they only reschedule after a week and then only for a week after.

I needed one part for my old table tennis table and was confused about what to order. The customer service department were very helpful and the part arrived very promptly without me having to pay p&p. Thank you!

Items from Cornilleau are always sent promptly and packaged well. The 4 pack of outdoor bats seems very durable and it will hopefully last a long time.

Firstly, I would probably score 4.5 out of 5. Almost perfect.

The table is great, good quality overall. We have already spent hours playing so well worth it.

We felt the legs could have been slightly better quality for the price. The ball holders also fell off but this may have been our fault.

I would also say pay extra to get someone to put it together or use the online video. It took us quite a while but maybe okay for those who are use putting things together.

Great product and very good customer communication throughout.
Assembly instructions could be a little better. Only negative really is the delivery time which can be up to two weeks.

Excellent customer service; delivery was quick & efficient. Very happy with my 500 Indoor table (now fitted with a Robo-Pong 2055), which is in my re-modelled garage and perfect for training. Construction of the table took me about 90 mins. All pretty straightforward.

The table is great and provides hours of entertainment for our family. We put it up without too much difficulty.

Wanted to ordered a new table tennis table and the Cornilleau range are considered amongst the best. Easily ordered online and I also phone for delivery arrangements and staff very efficient and courteous.
The table tennis table was delivered on time. Comes in one large and heavy package and well protected for safe transport. Has to be assembled but instructions were clear. Very satisfied with the construction and quality of the table.
