I have just been scammed by this website, saying it only cost £2.99. Than you get charged £29.99 for IQ test. I only checked reviews stupidly after I handed my card details over. I have now read on this trust pilot about additional cost of £79.00 if you don’t unsubscribe, I just wish to say thank you for that or else I would of had more money taken from me.. if anyone else has experienced the same thing happening could you please advise me once you unsubscribed did you definitely not have any more money taken from your account as I’m now a bit worried about it.

Total scam.
At the end of the test you are asked to pay £2.99 instead of £12. You already think it's an offer. Then they charge you £27 for a weeks access and you automatically become a member without a clear notice. If you don't unsubscribe ,you'll be getting charged £70 each month.
Company is registered in Lithuania and contact number is Swedish. When you contact them on the phone, they provide absolutely different company's email, not the one that's on their website.
On top of all this mess it's impossible to change your password and delete your account.

Absolute scam! They make you sit the test and then you pay £2.99 for the results....or so you think. What they don't tell you is that they charge you a further £27.99 to trial their premium service and if you don't cancel within 7 days they charge you £79.99 a month!! None of this is clear or set out from the beginning and only if you dig very deep into the terms and conditions will you find this. The emails from the company are sarcastic and hugely unhelpful as well. Be warned....don't go anywhere near this company! I am now having to change my bank card and still fighting for a refund of the £29.99

you sit through a whole test and don't get the results until you buy

I left a review previously about them scamming me which they should not have done, it was completely misleading. However, I must mention as soon as I emailed them they unsubscribed me and refunded the £79... I don’t think this rectified the initial issues though! I am just happy to have my money back.

They charged me $2 for the certificate which never printed or saved. Then charged me $116.00 a few days later. Upon researching, this is a fraudulent company that will continue to bill you monthly.

I only wanted my test results and a certificate and they took £25 out of my account. MASSIVE SCAM!

Thieves simply they charge £79 for IQ test you become a subscriber without knowing that.

At the end of the test, they try to charge money. Avoid!!!

As stated; charges £79 for a 'subscription' you unconsciously signup for when you do the IQ test.

Went online to find a FREE IQ test. Completed the Aheademy one and they ask for payment to get the result. That should have been my first clue. It was only a couple of dollars, and even though I was irritated, I paid it. Then I notice they charged an additional $79.99 which I did not authorize. The fine print of that was at the bottom of the email they sent, which I didn't read. Crooks.

They charged 75 pounds without permission. But afterwards I contacted with them and they sent my money back. If you had the same problem contact with them.

Charged me £79 a month after a did a test. Very unethical. Emailed them then they charged another 79 the following month. Absolute crooks.

As multiple others have stated, they charge a one off fee of $2.99 for an IQ test, then begin withdrawing $75-$79USD Per month from your account without permission.

I have lodged fraudulent transactions with my bank and I suggest all others to do the same to shut these scammers down.

Disgusting site, charge an initial £2.99 fee for a one off certificate which is fine, however they then charge a monthly subscription fee of £79.99 even though I didn't sign up for a subscription or any other service or any kind. Thankfully i have a good bank who declined the payment.

Very dishonest company.Claims to charge £1.59 for an IQ test.Then after a month charge you £79.99 without even telling you it is a subscription service.Scam artists indeed.
