I had a mixed experience with 4Pony.com. The website is easy to use, and I found a good bargain on a rug with free postage which arrived promptly. However, when ordering boots for a birthday gift, I was initially informed they were out of stock in the required size. Although they arrived in time, this was unsettling. Additionally, my items were late once, but customer service was responsive and resolved the issue quickly. Overall, decent service with room for improvement.

Item was ‘similar’ to that shown in their promotional video but missing a key feature for me. They issued a partial refund but would not accept its return for full credit. Will not buy from them again

Quality rug and service

Happy customer
Ordered the boots online for a birthday gift. I got email telling me that they were out of stock for the size I required , they explained they would be back in stock within a few days and gave me the option for a refund but I decided to keep the order and they still arrived with in time to make the birthday girl happy. Great communication.
