Scam. Son placed an order in August. Now October and no goods. Money claimed back from bank.

Ordered back in August, had no update until the email about being in Scotland. Randomly arrived 25th September, and looked nothing like the picture. Was a woeful knockoff (lesson learnt)
Ended up contacting them on Twitter to receive a reply saying he would send refund details over. Never replied back after that. Waste of everyone’s time, so ignorant, and shouldn’t be anywhere near running a business. Managed to go through PayPal for my money back. I suggest anyone else does the same, or dispute with your bank and provide email receipts and other bits of evidence. Found out as well that he had another website which was another scam called classicshirtsuk, which funnily enough is now suspended. People like this should be punished severely as they basically steal from honest people. If you still want ya crappy jumper back sunshine, there’s no point, as it’ll be a good substitute for bog roll

BEWARE SCAM!

After placing an order in the back of august we were given a few weeks for delivery. After waiting a couple of week, we reached out to the supplier who responded after a couple of days stating he had a couple of issue and would be posting the items and they should arrive during the week commencing 16/09. After waiting a couple more weeks we once again reached out multiple time to no reply, and to finally a ‘message undeliverable’ automated response. No options for refund.

It looks like everyone on here has had the exact same experience as I have. Ordered late August, money taken immediately but no order confirmation or tracking information provided, very bland email sent out about being in Scotland and therefore orders are delayed but should be sent out on the 16th of September - almost 4 weeks have passed and no item has been received. To add to the pain, now when I email the (only) contact information provided, the email is bounced back because it either doesn't exist or the inbox is full. Will be contacting my bank to receive a refund and submitting a complaint with Shopify.

UPDATE - as of the 16th of October I have now received the item, however I still received no update etc. prior to this, so I will give them one more star for actually delivering but the ordering/tracking process definitely let's them down!

SCAMMERS! August order, September email confirmed delivery date nothing in October. Chased. Delay with suppliers, offered a return in my size but still not recieved. No response from sellers. Charge back from bank. Stay clear

Absolute joke of a company placed and paid for an order in late August still not been received sent several emails requesting updates and had nothing back even my request for a refund is being ignored steer well clear

I ordered on 27th August, happy to take my £49.99 and had no contact ever since. Emailed multiple times for tracking info and refund with no reply, apart from one email with some excuse about working away. Shocking customer service, absolute joke.

I have escalated with shopify but if I don’t hear anything back soon I will be contacting the bank to get my money back.

Do not use this site. Scam!

As with everyone else. Ordered and paid £49.99 in august in good faith and haven't been able to reach anyone for any sort of update and have never received the item. Scam

really pleased with the product, however the communication / delivery time is not great so for that reason I can’t give 5 stars. It would be helpful to provide an update on the order. It was well over a month (7 weeks) when I paid before I made contact & I did not receive a reply. If was made aware 7-8 weeks delivery I’d be fine, but not knowing & no contact concerns buyers.

Avoid This company appears to be a scam. As others have said money taken. Now not answering emails
Have contacted my credit card company and reported to trading standards

Update: Still no contact from the company but one of my two items has been delivered after over 2 months waiting.

Assume this is a scam. Money taken. No emails or confirmation of dispatch etc. chased numerous times with one reply saying he was in Scotland so delayed? Now ignores all emails. 5th August ordered - still nothing.

Avoid. This is a scam. They take payment for orders but never send the garments out. They ignore all requests for updates.

Ordered a jacket on the 9th August, nearly 6 weeks have passed and still nothing received, had an order update nearly 2 weeks ago ‘claiming’ he was in Scotland and would be posted in the coming days, but still nothing received. A further follow up email asking for an update / tracking number has been ignored. Will be putting a claim In with my credit card company, avoid.

Placed an order on 26 August 2024. Payment was taken immediately but i am still waiting to receive my order. I have received no reply when chasing an update on the order. Unfortunately, they do not provide a contact number on their website. I am therefore at the mercy of their online website form to which they do not reply
