Mark Bampton has been very helpful throughout my problems with a Steepletone music centre. I definitely wouldn't buy another one of their products. They insisted I arrange collection and pay to return it (£10.68) when it developed a fault and the same process when it arrived back with a different fault "it must have had a knock in transit". So £20.36 to have a faulty item repaired twice while still under guarantee. The fact that they charge an extortionate £68 to extend the year's guarantee by two years says it all about their faith in their own products. On the second occasion they referred me back to Mark Bampton as the vendor and he was very helpful.

Purchased a 5 in 1 music centre on 14 .11.2020 gone faulty in 2 months . They expect me to pay to return it for repair . Not going to happen . Crap do not buy

You are dishonest. Never, Never, Never use this company. Mark Brampton total ignored any emails sent back my purchase within 7 DAYS as specified. Still waiting. Not worth any stars. M Stratton

I Bought 5-in-1 Music centre but they do not have it after taking my money, I sent several email to cancel the order and no reply, I called them and no answer, I file a no received item, I log the complaint and request a full refund, now I read the review here and now I don't want to deal with them any more, they eventually sent me email that the order is cancelled and no sign of money back in my paypal account, what a crook they are

Recently purchased a Steepletone Jukebox for the office very happy with the product, fast delivery, would recommend.

Bought a Steepletone Music System 3 years ago. One speaker had a loose item inside which rattled, the sound quality was never good and recently one of the CD players ceased to function. I contacted UK-Jukeboxes who gave me the number of Steepletone. I was told that the technical person was not in the office but would ring me back, they never did!!! Would not recommend this product or anything from Steepletone.

Appalling, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! Bought a record player as a Christmas present which stopped working in January, several emails to Mark and the official ukjukebox email where he was obviously stalling, asking me to replace the fuse and try a new plug, send pictures of the plug, went through PayPal to get a refund was asked to return it so we did costing more money, and then he refused to accept delivery!! and PayPal therefore would not refund my money. When asked why he refused deliver was asked what address I’d sent it to and was advised to send again to a different address, now considering legal action

Appalling so called customer service.
Bunch of amateurs.

Have to start by thanking Mark B in customer services for all his help. My wife loves her new retro record player it’s a nice size and everything is easy to use and work.
Would recommend UKJukeboxes for customer service, quality of priduct and delivery.

Very please with the quality of the record player. The sound is great. I just need a felt mat to place on it to improve the sound even more. I paid £10 for the quick delivery which did not happen but I did receive a phone and an email apologising that same day saying it had not been sent out but would get it a day later, which I did. Because I was contacted from Mark apologising I did not mind with a day later delivery. Thank you. Would recommend and purchase again.
Further more husband called steeple themselves and they sent out a Cork mat free if charge. Big thank you

I ordered a jukebox 60. At first it was out of stock.. As soon as it came in. They sent it out to me the next day.As they did promise I would have it before Christmas. True to their word. I received it this week.. Great service. Would recommend to a friend.. Thank you for all your help...

Received my Steepletone Roxy 4 record player today, ordered at the beginning of this week, so very quick delivery and very pleased with my purchase, would recommend.

Very happy with my new Jukebox. Delivery was fast and free. Better than Amazon, cheaper and no delivery cost to pay either, would have cost me £100 on Amazon for delivery after spending nearly £700 on a Jukebox. I can now spend this on records! :)

I bought a stereo system and speakers from this company in June 2016. Firstly, they did not refund the £10 that I paid for next day delivery, which they didn't honour (the order arrived a week after I'd placed the order). Secondly, the equipment was sub-standard and the playing quality was very poor. I tried time and again to contact the company by telephone - no-one ever answered. I emailed numerous times and used their website contact form again and again - no response. I tried contacting them via their Facebook page three times - again, no response. Finally, after wondering whether this company actually existed, someone contacted me and I was asked to return the equipment. I incurred a postal charge of nearly £30. Over two years' worth of emails later and I'm still waiting for my refund. Order from this company at your peril!
