Terrible

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I don’t know where to start. They did not indicate the possibility of tariffs. They did not provide my contact information to the shipping company. My item sat at the shipping company until I reached out. The shipping company was quick to resolve the issue although I had to pay the cost of the item in tariffs. Uhlsport, however, was very rude and never accepted responsibility for their deceptive advertising and poor communication with the shipping company.
