Stephen is easy going but his exceptional service levels, expertise and reliability makes him a standout professional in the industry. Absolutely loved working with Steve.

Chris helped with additional sites moving onto the same end dates of existing supplies. very helpful and provided information when requested and helped discuss some of the challenges we were experiencing. I recently renewed our electricity contracts with UGP and have to say out of all the brokers/companies I have dealt with UGP, in particular Reece Brown, are by far the best in the business!
Reece dealt with our contracts and I was very impressed with the service I got. I found Reece very knowledgeable, helpful and nothing was a bother to him. Also his colleague Eddie Goodman who helped out with portal issues I had and kept me updated with how things were moving along.
All in all fabulous customer service!!
