AI bot only way of contact. Shocking

Received parcel that was ripped open (paper bag for a pair of shoes and 2 care products??)
Only way to contact is an AI bot. Reported multiple times and no reply. Can’t get through to an actual human. No items and down £144.

This company has very poor customer…

This company has very poor customer service , there is only a chat box, always says someone will contact you within 1-3 days , it's not true , My granddaughter has been waiting more than 7 days , messaging them daily many times . DPD did not scan her parcel ugg trainers at the depot , very expensive. They've now lost her parcel , it was meant to be delivered 24 nov , dpd say they take full responsibility , to contact sender, which is useless , it's a joke only a chat box no human . no support at all , still waiting to hear from someone for her refund ? it's just unacceptable to be treated this way as a customer , My granddaughter paid good money, she sent many
messages to them over the course of 1 week , no reply ? supposed to contact you with 1-3 days it's not true . DPD are useless , no suppirt there either , repeat to her to contact sender. They can't wait to hang up the phone , it's not good support . They have her money , dpd have her lost order, she has nothing ? but stress, it's her gift for xmas , I'm very upset for her, just want a refund for her now, they ain't going to locate her parcel it's been since 24 th November, need a refund immediately now, no messing about, ain't got time to mess around it's Christmas soon. yous have her money , so please do the right thing now and refund my granddaughter, it's very dissapointing . I want others to know what I'm experiencing with this company . There is NO customer support. you are ignored daily , no human to talk to at all . Extremely unsupportive company, one who takes customers money and don't support customer . DPD have her order and uggs.com have her money, since before the 24th Nov, she has nothing . The service is Appalling for the customers,
yous should be ashamed uggs team, for this , its unacceptable behaviour to my granddaughter .
It's not okay or right how yous are treating her .
i will be taking legal action ASAP against this Ugg Company if they do not refund my granddaughters money immediately . The parcel is now declared lost with DPD .
I want Ugg to contact my granddaughter immediately to discuss her refund they have all her details , because the order is saying lost with DPD. we need closure now.
I need them to reach out to my granddaughter to put this situation right or i will have no other alternative but to be taking legal action against them .
They need to be kind and refund her ASAP , she has no order and no money and it's sad .
