Very disappointed
Expensive, poor customer service, and they didn't source ANY of my products ever after close to a month (even when told 3-5 Days)

Hi Keenen, we are really sorry to read about this review. If your products where among our prohibited items I guess there would have been no way to source them. In the case they were normal products I apologize for that. I'm sure things have changed for the better int he past 12 months.

Switched from using aliexpress to Udroppy a few months ago. They managed to help me a lot in scaling my business. Taking care of all the sourcing, fulfillment and shipping I managed to reduce my VA team from 5 to just 1 lowering my monthly fixed costs. At the same time everything became smoother, letting me focus only in improving my sales strategies. More spare time and less problems helped me create better relationships with influencers who are now bringing in good revenues for the company.
