Not a great experience at all
1. The website is so full of items. Not clean at all. It is so difficult to navigate.
2. Once you purchase, there is no confirmation with all the details of the purchase ( Date, Amount, Sender, Ship to: Address of the sender etc). An email to the sender with all this info, would´ve helped.
3. As there was no clear confirmation, I thought the order was not going to be delivered. It stressed me out.
4. Therefore, I had to reach Customer Service. A little bit useless. Not nice, and not very willing to help.
5. I will never use this site again. Not a nice experience at all.

Best app for buying flowers and gifts
I ordered cookies and brownies through their app. The delivery was smooth and efficient. The brownies and the cookies tasted amazing! They were the best treats I’ve had in a while 😍 I was really satisfied with their top quality service! Flowers not delivered
I am a customer since some motnha ordered 4 or 5 times. The idea behind it is great
Why 1 star?
The last order is 5 days ago
They tried to call the recipiend, which did not took the phone. Then the Driver gave the flowers to someone else
Since 5 days my miney is away the recipiend didnt recived the flowers but 2 calls with the question if she recived them
They are telling me to calm down because they need to reach the driver. I sont know if the driver moved to bahamas but when i want to reach a driver i reach him
I am really disappointed by this company and i hope that i get my money back
