Ordered a tulips bouquet in Abu Dhabi. Flowers were beautiful, but they forgot the postcard I attached online Still, delivery next day was quick + many local florists to choose from

Terrible service

Terrible service. The mimosa ordered were not available yet no one called to informe me. Just didn't deliver. This is not a florist but some kind of aggregator. Avoid.

the gift had some changes like the…

the gift had some changes like the color of the cup although i purchased the gift based on the color mentioned in your photo....other application they used to call me to check if the changes are ok with me before sending the gift

second i tried to contact you back but no any response

it was nice gift idea but the whole deal was not successful with me and how you do changes even if it is a little change still it is affecting the customer

I received fresh bouquet of flowers in good condition. It was a small delay of delivery and the courier could not find the right building.

False sizing advertisement Order# 22126809

I ordered the9 Green Premium Hydrangea Bouquet, the size on flowers was shown as height 55cm and width 59cm when my order arrived arrived near half the size given of height 38cm and width 30cm. I called several times with no answer and I sent email with no-one replied or called for this false advertisement.

Very disappointed with my experience

Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a specific flower gift but received something completely different from what was shown. On top of that, the delivery was late — which defeated the whole purpose of sending a gift on time. I expect what I pay for, and this order failed on two basic levels: accuracy and punctuality. I will not be ordering again and cannot recommend this service.

Process was seamless

Process was seamless. The flowers from Bloom Lab looked amazing, got a photo from Flowwow before delivery to check on the item. Item was delivered exactly at the time requested - within the minute! Highly recommend

Unfortunately the shop forget to water…

Unfortunately the shop forget to water sponge where roses were placed, they were all dead next morning. 250 roses for almost 1000€
That was really upsetting
