Do not buy with this company. They are scamming people and there feedback reflects this. I made an order Order# 83084973228 and it has not been received. They won't provide proof of delivery or any help locating it and I don't believe they even sent it as there are no tracking information.
They won't refund me.

Too Many hidden costs
Many hidden costs. Purchase cost doubled. Not a very transparent process. Paid for shipping and then again paid for “document handling” other than customs. Items costed me 15k but paid additional 14k in customs and “shipping” charges. Customs was only 5k. Won’t buy from UBuy again.

My samsung power bot pirchased from Singapore 5 years back needed replacement of roller brush. Could find any local dealer in India. Genuine products from any country
Product genuinity, accuracy of description, packaging, shipping, delivery system - all are perfectly arranged. Though import duties, taxes are very high in India, the availability of original products in the local market is difficult. Ubuy fills this gap.

The product is expensive and the duties that gets collected twice while placing the order & while receiving the order is just too much. As for the product not worth the price.
The set can be made even better when bought separately from others and less pricy than these guys.

There was no warning that the product I was buying was being imported. It is now more than 2 weeks since my product arrived in Bangalore and has been held up by DHL for number of made up reasons. I would not use this company again. THEN NO REFUND AND NEVER ANY INVOICE FOR THE DUTIES! A SCAM as so many have noted here and elsewhere.

For clarity, the product's imported status is indicated on both the product detail and checkout pages. The current hold with Bangalore customs is specifically due to a name and address mismatch on the shipment paperwork, which is a requirement for clearance.
To resolve this, our support team has already provided you with the necessary declaration letter and revised invoice for both shipments. The fastest resolution now requires you to coordinate directly with DHL to complete their KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
