UBS can no longer keep up with the new banks that have become active in the last 10 years
Dissatisfied with the services provided by UBS bank, I tried to cancel all my current accounts via my personal banking environment. Received a response after 14 days, my cancellation has still not been processed, the bank is asking nonsensical counter questions to keep me as a customer. Stop it, do your job and close my bank accounts. Not recommended, UBS is 'old glory' and can no longer keep up with the new banks that have become active in the last 10 years.

Nothing worse than a company that makes you do all the legwork while they sit on their hands. Spent months calling weekly, I had to chase them for updates on my request to take out my money. One simple issue dragged on for months, with new cases opened and left hanging, never go my money. Quit their platform for good, best decision for my sanity.

Last week, due to an "IT problem" at UBS, many debit cards were blocked, including mine.
Mistakes happen, but instead of informing me and sending me a new card, they waited for my payments to be declined and forced me to call and wait in a queue for half an hour.

Yeah They are great they always make me money
Wow I got a tell you I am very surprised At what I am reading. I have been using the Florida office since 2013. They have always made me money, and very, very responsive. Maybe I have just been lucky I don’t know, but so far so good I can’t see changing banks.

Good once you get to a real person!
Once I was put through to the correct person, they dealt with my issue in about 30 seconds in a polite and professional way. However, I spent 38 minutes on hold to get to that point.
UBS is horrrible. I want my money back!
Let me add my frustrating experience to the litany of woes here. UBS is absolutely disgusting. I traveled to Lagos, Nigeria, and used my UBS card to pay at a restaurant. The transaction was declined but checking my account a week later, the 480CHF was deducted. I promptly contacted the Nigerian business place, where I traced the money, but I never received it. I contacted UBS, who told me the money is stuck with my Visa. They sent me a document to complete and told me to wait. Each time I reach out they tell me to wait, that this stuff takes a while. It's been 18 months, and they recently got back following my inquiry that it is too late for a chargeback.
I want my hard-earned money back and will do whatever is necessary.

Money lost by UBS during international transaction
After 11 years banking without major issues, in September I had to make an internationla payment. All good and payment was setup, but when teh money was supposed to arrive to the payee, the oayment was recalled by UBS, but not reversed to my account.
So after 3 weeks, despite inquiry initiated, several thousand francs just vanished in UBS. I contacted UBS in office as well as had a call with the Client Advisor, but the only thing they were able to say is that they need several weeks to track money despite having full traceability information.
When I asked them what about the delayed payment penalties that I could have, UBS response was that is my problem, not theirs.
Totally unprofessional customer service and at this moment I am screening the market to move all my assets out of UBS.
I have filled complaint on the UBS site, but no response from them. The only thing is their reply to this comment in which they tell me to file a complaint. It is like they are completely deaf and use the broken plate technique with their customers.

Bad customer service
Bad customer service. Unfriendly. Self oriented, not customer oriented. I got guarantied as an Expat I will not have any problems. A few months latter they discontinued my account.
Bad security and bad service
It's incredible how one of the biggest bank in Switzerland has such a bad service. We had a very unfortunate experience in Naples where we got the phone stolen and they were able to access out banking and make transitions up to 3000chf. We took for granted that such a powerful bank would support us being liable for the security but they didn't.
The worst bank ever
The worst bank ever, I would advise you to stay away from it.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Each phone call takes a minimum of 30 minutes. They have no urgency to send out funds as promised. It requires multiple phone calls to sell stocks and get a check. It's been over a week, and they promised they've sent a check this time. I won't hold my breath.
