For small business - best to find another bank

Business customer can only interact via their app - and when the app crashes or not working (often) - then you write , call, call , call, write , call - ask at a branch and they won’t help (asked to leave) , call and write again
Email never gets a reply (once a week later I got a reply saying they can’t help)

So to avoid so much wasted time and frustration- suggest to look for an alternative

FYI - for capital deposit accounts- there other providers and suggest to use them (or anyone but ubs)

The best experience I have ever had in a bank hand down in Dietikon in Switzerland. The customer service is exquisite. I mean I came to the counter without prior appointment, just moved to Switzerland, they told me they were busy if I could come another day with appointment to open an account, which is totally reasonable. But I said it would be difficult for me to do that because I am starting a new job and they arranged my appointment the same day only an hour later. The bank manager Rebecca Noser Diallo deserves 10 out of 10 a Gold medal. I moved to a new place you want to be liked. She made me feel so welcome not only did she open my account the same day, took the time to setup the app on my android. Talked to me about living and working in Switzerland and me feel so welcome and offered me a Platinium card all the same day. God bless her. Never had such a great experience at a bank. Made my day.

I had a meeting with Mr Yusuf Levant. Very well prepared and structirized person. Polite and friendly. He is easily gaining trust and I wish him all success within UBS and also in private life.
