Managed to destroy my Samsung s12…
Managed to destroy my Samsung s12 screen in a fall in Snowdonia.
Ubreak fixed it in less than an hour. Still had an issue, which meant a second screen replacement (no charge), turns out I have actually bent the mother board heatsink
Despite this, they replaced the screen and touch wood, all is well, no more issues and phone works perfectly.
Great customer service, highly recommended.

Super little shop in Widemarsh Street
I took two Samsung phones in. Both wanting the original account they were set up with...which I couldn't find. The guys in the shop were amazing. They got them sorted, helped me get Smart switch on both so I could transfer stuff from a Oppo phone that I got talked into having and hate. It didn't take more than an hour. Really nice young guy helped me and said I could come back anytime if I got stuck and he would help me. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Great work guys and thank you.

Helpful and friendly staff
Helpful and friendly staff, very quick service, and most importantly, excellent after care! 5*
After dropping my phone the screen was highly damaged and unusable, but I was impressed how quickly the problem was fixed as it took less than an hour. I was even more impressed with the after care provided as any issues that arised were quickly addressed no questions asked.

Absolutely thrilled with U BREAK WE…
Absolutely thrilled with U BREAK WE FIX.
I had a poorly phone which had stopped working at the bottom of the screen.
I took it into Hereford & they were amazing.
They fixed it in just over half hour at a very reasonable price.
The staff were so friendly, helpful & very knowledgable so I felt totally confident leaving my phone with them. Thanks so much guys..😊
