Free shipping

I ordered a pair of black glasses previously and one of the handles broke. Not sure if it was the glasses or me. However I like the glasses so much and have received several compliments, I wanted another pair. So when I ordered them, I inadvertently put the wrong zip code in and my glasses could not be delivered. Ublins was going to charge me for the shipping because of my error. When I could not get the instructions to work, they decided to waive the shipping fee. Thanks Ublins, I will order again and I review my order and address prior to sending it

The prescription was all.wrong on both glasses. It was like they switched the the progressive lens from bottom to top. Can't wear them and not interested in going through rhe trouble to return and be dissapointed again

i was a bit upset at first for having…

i was a bit upset at first for having to pay twice...there seemed to be some issue with my PD's???...they had to be re-measured making a another payment possible...i was not happy,,,but ublins had the frames I wanted, the ONLY frames i wanted....i followed through...i have had the glasses for a whole month and still trying to break them in behind my ears...headaches everyday...i have at least six other pair that don't actually align with my current vision, but they temporarily do the trick....i love the new glasses as difficult as it is right now,...

I sent a message when I first received…

I sent a message when I first received the glasses and stated that I cannot see out of them. I believe it’s the PD, I understand it is what I wrote. What I want to know is if I can get them replaced I for a discounted price.

The process of adding my script, preferences & everything for the glasses was smooth. Easy to navigate. Great choices. Although these glasses ended up being quite large & in charge.. I know they’ll go well with a spruced up hairdo & fit. #Ublins
