ABSOLUTELY LOVE the glasses. Processing took a long time, but at the killer deal and amazing quality/design... it was totally worth the wait. So unique, so cute. Love withe white bevel detail on brow line. Fit great. 10 out of 10, would recommend

Ublins customer service was excellent!

Human error exists and the character of a company can be readily seen with how they address mistakes. I had ordered prescription glasses but due to the mismatch of the size of the lens and my pupillary distances, it did not align correctly with my eyes and were unusable. I was disappointed so I emailed them about it asking for a refund. I did not get a refund because I got a replacement! First, they explained why my glasses were unusable then offered to make me a new pair. I ended up choosing a different design and I am so happy with my new glasses. Although I would have liked for the first pair to have worked out in the first place, I am very satisfied with how Ublins addressed my issue and fixed it.

I like the selection they had

I like the selection they had. I have a high prescription so most online places cant do anything for me. I spent 700 last time i went in person for a couple pairs. Here i spent 150 for cute frames that are different and I can see out of them when they arrived despite it giving me a warning the frames may not work . I gambled and they did. I also got a cool case that holds multiple pairs and the customer service was great. They verified and corrected a typo I made when entering my prescription. Can't say much on shipping since I didnt notice the email where they needed to correct my error for awhile but came quickly after that was resolved. Id buy there again.

Customer is awful

Customer is awful. I would not recommend buying from here if you have a prescription. They will not assist if you order is wrong. I am partially blind in 1 eye so I ordered my glasses with progressive prescription in one eye but they put only bifocal in the other lens so now I can’t use the glasses at all. Ordered 3 pair almost $400 down the drain. I contacted customer service to ask if they would simply send a blank lens and they keep telling me my PD was wrong until they just stopped replying all together. Definitely gave someone working in the basement vs corporate customer service. I had the save issue with their competitor Fytoo. But Fytoo recent the glasses after just one and me simply paying for shipping. My advice is or from Fytoo because if they make a mistake they are not willing to correct it. Seems once they have your money you’re on your own. It really sucks that they wouldn’t help me correct this. But the way they tried to play and blame it on something that was not in question infuriated me. Clearly they just wanted me to give ip and go away and when I didn’t they stop replying. Also they had me sending pictures with a credit card up to my face and still didn’t help me. Now I regret deeply sending those pictures because why did they need them and what are they planning to do with them? Of they were not going to help me.

If you are just ordering frames you get what you pay for but PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU HAVE A PRESCRIPTION. Glasses are trendy. Quality not the best but they would have worth it I guess for the price.

Customer service promptly satisfied my concerns.

Customer service responded promptly to my trust pilot review. We worked out some miscommunications, and they were able to offer me some alternative solutions that I had not realized were available. I did choose one of those solutions, and i'm very satisfied with the result.

Buyers Remorse

If you are looking for customer satisfaction don’t order from this company. No matter what you say, they will not give you a full refund. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses from this company that I’m not happy with. The first pair the frame color did not look like the ones on the website. I needed that particular color for an upcoming event. The 2nd pair I’m unable to see out of clearly, blurred vision & dizziness. Will not recommended or ever purchase from here again.

About the issue of the second pair, we made lenses according to the prescription you filled and we inspected your glasses before shipment; everything was correct. According to your description in the email, we offer the solution that we will bear all the cost to remake the new glasses and reship to you. Or after inspection, if there is any issue with the lenses, we are also willing to refund you the full amount of this pair.

Ublins has the cutest frames ever! I was disappointed when they sold out of a frame I really wanted - but it just goes to show how popular and cute the glasses are! The team let me pick out a new frame and no extra cost and got them to me so fast! I absolutely love my new glasses, and will be ordering more soon!

Very poor quality and customer service

I ordered two frames. Both arrived made from very flimsy and cheap feeling material, and the prescription was off to the point I could not see out either pair. Mind you, I order frames from many different companies all the time, and I understand a $30 frame is a $30 frame, but this was poorly made lenses and an overall poor product. I asked for my money back and was told to send a picture of me wearing the frames. I wrote back to please just refund me my money as the quality was so poor I was not interested. UBLINS then cut contact.

Update: After a back and forth with a representative who wrote me promptly after my review, I was told they would refund my money after I remove the one star review. I informed them I will write an update reflecting a solution when I get one. Do with this information what you want.

Update: They sent my money back. Lifting them a two star is being generous.

Lens quality extremely hi

Lens quality extremely hi, DO get bifocal. The edge of the readers are right in my view so I can't really see with them unless I tilt my head far forward or far back.
